The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

You should. What could go wrong voting for a twice impeached ( likely felon) who already lost to Puddinhead already?

Trump policy has never bothered me other than caving to the spending whelms of Congress. I don't like his public decorum and believe candidates like Desantis basically have the same positions but have a much more professional decorum that connects.

However, I think Joe Biden is about done. He is unpopular across party lines. The only thing that could save him is cheating. Trump has a decent chance at beating him, but I would feel better with Desantis because he is a pro at how to handle a dishonest press.

How is Trump knowingly promoting election lies to try to gin up rioting at the Capitol, to try to keep power, contrary to EVERYTHING THE COUNTRY HAS EVER STOOD FOR, just theater?

Or waiving around classified war plans like menus just dropped at your table at Chili's, just theater?
Wait. Maybe I was wrong. These latest batch of indictments I referred to include indictments about the classified war plans?

They kind of run together, there's so many.
Maybe we should circle back after the next tranche of indictments drop.

He'll plea. No chance Donny risks a trial by jury given the evidence.

Remember, the court of public opinion Trump likes to own doesn't mean **** inside a court room. That's why all of his dumb election fraud claims got laughed out of court from coast to coast. His Twitter rants won't change evidentiary facts.

I hope not, I want to see this **** on TV dangit. Wonder who are the 6 six unnamed co-conspirators are?

Amazing to see the support of Joe’s criminal cartel working hard to deflect news to Trump.
Literally no one here is defending Joe.

Your deflection while claiming deflection is noted.

I don't know much about the allegations of the indictment, but I'm curious what makes you so sure the appellate courts would overturn a possible conviction. Is there a legal flaw in the charges?
To be sure, I've not read them. Have you? But two reasons:

1) what little I've heard, it sounds like Trump said a lot of things people didn't like. First amendment protects speech, especially political speech.
2) a long list of bogus attempts to "get him" that have failed. Over and over again. Yeah, this may be the one time. The only ones that may actually get him is possibly the classified documents, but given the way those have been handled in the past, doubt it. I like the odds and, as stated, I've not read the indictment yet.

Let me read them. May be willing to place a friendly wager on the outcome. Say $1000 to make it interesting and we can deposit the money with a law firm or other suitable 3rd party. One of us will collect in two or three years.

The play book has been written the democrats, msm and the swamp will not let a non approved Republican win the Presidency.
Trump playbook says you should start blaming and screeching about cheating now. Smart.

Possible he pleads out. But doubt he'll plead to a felony. Misdemeanors maybe.
