That's not even what Jonathan Turley of Fox News has said. Turley referred to the classified documents indictment, from a grand jury convened in Florida, by Special Counsel Jack Smith, as being "extremely damning," At least when Jonathan Turley is on Fox News, he goes out of his way to be fair with Donald Trump. The lawyer who lives across the street and votes democrat and hates Trump says this is all paper thin and unlikely to go anywhere…..we’ll see.
Woohoo for ratings. That's not even what Jonathan Turley of Fox News has said. I'm not calling you a liar, but everyone here has an "I know an attorney who says ____ ," anecdote in support of whatever it is they want to believe.
Your position always come down to "what's past is prologue."Woohoo for ratings.
We will see but don’t be shocked when nothing happens
Edit: and why would I lie? I’d prefer Trump went away.
I think it is a well established fact that no one is held accountable if they serve in Congress or the Presidency. It really has to be bad when we only hold those accountable that are power. Both sides are guilty but party's lines are not policing themselves. Sad state of affairs when people can hold office and not be held accountable by their own. Trump should held accountable as well as Biden, but only one group is holding the winning cards right now.Issue is no dem will be held accountable. See the Biden crime family as exhibit A
Except……I’ve been clear on that. It’s bound to happen eventually. And it’s not “E-cred” that has me convinced. It’s the floodgates that I mentioned earlier. If Trump falls then there’s a new standard. If Trump falls there will be others going with him. Those others are aware of that IMO and they don’t want to go down either.Your position always come down to "what's past is prologue."
It's not Trump, I think you're biased for ... Your bias is in favor of this position that you have invested so many posts with.
I can understand a certain degree of skepticism, but Trump is about to be under indictment in 4 separate jurisdictions at the same time (NY, DC, Florida, Georgia). There is no precedent for this. These are extraordinary circumstances.Except……I’ve been clear on that. It’s bound to happen eventually. And it’s not “E-cred” that has me convinced. It’s the floodgates that I mentioned earlier. I’ve been wrong before. I don’t think I am here. And sadly I’m speaking in opposition to what I’d like to happen.
What I want and what I think will happen are 2 worldly different things.
Tl;dr it doesn’t say anything about the judge or witnesses, only documents. It’s not a good idea to go and do something that the judge tells you not to, but doubt she’s going to do anything other than make him come to court, rip him a new *******, and maybe amend the protective order for something that wasn’t in a written order.Don't feel like reading today, that is why we have lawyers. Nothing will happen more than likely.
Somebody will hit the airwaves to explain their interpretation of it one way and another will do the same.
In this particular incident, it will all boil down as to how the Judge perceives it and rules on it.
She will not open the door for a change of venue, a violation of 1st Amendment rights or an Appeal because she is smart. She may speed the trial up with in the standards authorized to her but she will not jeopardize the Case. She is smart. So no need to agree or disagree or read.
Can't control what I can't control. Up to her. She is there for a reason. Bottom Line is it does lend to the state of Mental condition of which Trump suffers and proves he cannot comply with simple rules.
He has a 9MM in his hand and is shooting off 1 toe at a time and enjoying it. Some are watching him do it and encouraging and some are laughing at him digging a hole. Weird thoughts but true.
I dont think these attorneys were employed by the WH. I also think that you can't have your attorneys commit a crime on your behalf, if that is what happened, and then say you're not guilty because you had your attorneys do it in your behalf, if that is what happened.IF this info is true about the attorneys, doesn't that give Trump the exact "out" he needs? I mean he was only listening to the White House attorneys and following their directions. Surely no one thinks Trump is smart enough to come up with any plan by himself, right?
This is how this is going to go:
Trump being Trump, he’s going to say a lot of questionable stuff that might well get bail revoked for an ordinary person.
The media being the media, somebody will shriek to high heavens every time that this is the one that is going to get his bail revoked.
Because he’s a former president with a lot of money who can appeal a pretrial detention order and because broad protective orders are important to run-of-the-mill cases, but don’t have a clear border with the 1st Amendment, the judge is going to be patient with him and probably he won’t end up in jail.
MAGA being MAGA, they’re going to cry that he’s being treated unfairly.
The cycle will repeat itself.
I could be wrong, but if you’re waiting on tinter hooks for the rug to get snatched out from under him, I think you are in for disappointment.
I am not disappointed at all nor am I waiting on It. This Judge is going to give him enough rope to hang himself. Trumpis pushing a rope across a table and she is better than he is at doing it. She will not take any chances for an Appeal or change of venue. His actions may affect the date that she sets for trial. He will continue to push her but my bet is that she will not fold and run every thing accordingly. I am fine with that as he will implode as he will probably sees his 4th indictment this week. GA is going to be interesting as 18 to 20 indictments will more than likely be processed. It will be the smallest Trump rally has had in a while…I think he will attend the primary debates to suck the oxygen out of the room and because he has a big head…Punkin Head Wants all the attention. This is how this is going to go:

The White House Attorney's were telling him not to do it and will testify to that fact. They didn't know the scheme but based on Trump's thoughts and actions they were advising against appointing J. Clark as head of the DOJ and threatened a DOJ walk out if it happened. Read the transcripts of the Oval Office meeting with J Clark, Trump, the DOJ and WH Lawyers.IF this info is true about the attorneys, doesn't that give Trump the exact "out" he needs?
