Keep telling yourself that as an attempted breach is not as bad because they were "invited" will render little relief to the Defense.

There will be several other questions to follow as to why? who? what? and how? The company that went with the intent to solicit/retrieve this information had a responsibility to report it to the GA Elections Commission before their arrival and did not evidently do so. Furthermore, they did it without a Court Order and I am assuming they did it at the direction of one of the other defendants.

GA law regarding RICO has some lower standards when addressing the intent but also has some higher standards in tying it all together. With no pardons available until after 5 years of the term is served, most of the defendant's gooses are cooked.

I am tempted to agree but I think the MAGA resentment class needs to hear the facts about how they were conned by this charlatan. Convict, sentencing pending, and whoever is elected POTUS pardons him. Something along those lines. But not a complete "never mind." People need to understand how bad this guy is.

Borrowing from your namesake, believe it was Eric Idle who said, "Listen, strange women lying around in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. I mean, if I went around saying I was emperor just because some moistened bint threw a scimitar at me, they'd put me away."

I am recreating that from memory. I think its pretty close.

Trump's endless crime wave is blowing up my alcohol budget, my neighbors have Trump Indictment Parties to celebrate with the rest of our neighborhood. They're great parties, filled with hard working, patriotic Americans that support democracy and accountability.

I've got a good friend who's a die-hard Trumper. Sadly, I'm convinced Trump could, indeed, shoot a man in cold blood on 5th Avenue - in plain sight of everyone - and fully recorded on multiple videos - and my buddy would STILL say Trump didn't do it, and the Democrats actually framed him.

There's no fixing stupid.

Heh. Yeah, there's that.

When you walk into my buddy's place, he used to have a snub-nose .38 - loaded - sitting on the table next to the front door. Then, in 3 or 4 of the corners throughout his house there were 3 or 4 AR15s.

When the Chinese invade, putting politics aside and I'm going to his place. ;-)
