That's irrelevant of my post. And yes, I have and understand at least as well as you why they exist.
Pathetic deflection
Edit: I think we might be talking about 2 entirely different things here
I agree with you on that point. I'm not looking at the "who" angle nearly as much as what may have been compromised, and what that meant. Clinton had classified material spread all over the place, and had nitwits even emailing classified info after stripping off the classification warning. Biden had a lot of classified info at U PA with no security arrangement other than a supposedly locked closet door. Nobody even seemed to know what joe had was even missing; therefore, it could have been compromised and acted on for years with no one knowing what was happening. Trump had classified materials for a much shorter period of time and a lot of that (perhaps all) was in areas covered by presidential security staff.
I still don't think anyone including an active president should be allowed to take classified material outside designated areas. That should always be Rule No 1 without exception. There should never be any doubt that anything classified doesn't belong in a category considered presidential memos or whatever ... if it is that unimportant, it should never have been classified in the first place. I can't imagine anyone who has had and had to reason to have a security clearance in the military could believe this happy horsecrap nonsense politicians play is acceptable.
Didn't clinton destroy cellphones and servers..so to be honest she didn't really return anything that could have been compromised...also Biden had documents for years he didn't return...so no they didn't return documents...You are leaving out the most important distinction: neither Biden nor Clinton refused to return classified materials when asked.
Trump did that a number of times. And, if you believe prosecutors and the employee witnesses, he then tried to cover things up even more by having the employees destroy surveillance video.
Both of those things place Trump in a singularly damning position relative to everyone else.
Let’s not confuse Senators stealing with Presidents. Biden should have never been asked to give back documents. You are leaving out the most important distinction: neither Biden nor Clinton refused to return classified materials when asked.

It appears you have worked around classified documents before and I agree. Any environment outside of designated areas Classified documents should have been tracked/logged and recovered. Evidently they were not.I agree with you on that point. I'm not looking at the "who" angle nearly as much as what may have been compromised, and what that meant. No doubt Hillary should have served time for her criminal activity. She did testify for 13 hours, and did it with no pending indictments against her. How many filed indictments are there against Trump. In the past he's boasted he would testify, but always balks when it comes to walking the walk. He's claimed he can't wait to testify in the plethora of cases he faces right now, but most of us know he'll never get anywhere near the standUnless you are a Clinton

Donald Trump Jr., conservative Republicans ride to Ken Paxton’s defense on eve of impeachment vote
"In statements and social media posts, conservatives accused their fellow Republicans in the Texas House — Speaker Dade Phelan in particular — of attempting to undermine voters and conservative values by attacking Paxton."
Polls show Phelan popularity sliding in his district
