The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Oh really or was that before or after they went after Trump to present the appearance of fairness and cooperation?

"Hey, look over here. We know y'all have classified documents and China Joe we know you've been in illegal possession for years but we want to go after Trump so we're going to make sure the appearance of cooperation exist so it makes us look cleaner. Normally we wouldn't care because we never really do this but we're looking for I gotchas." - signed crooked law enforcement
The reality of the situation is that Trump is charged with a crime and made bad decisions. Lied about it. Got caught and is going have to deal with it. Reality.
Nothing was planted, he did it and was charged for it. Fair enough and rightfully so.

This crime has nothing to do with Biden or Pence or the Democrats. They are criminal acts by Trump and his team. Ignoring the advice of Counsel was his first mistake and then lying to his legal was the beginning of this stupid mistake and Cover up. Reality.

Drink more Kool-aide it will make you feel better about the situation.

I responded to your point on Biden and Pence.

Trump's primary crime in this case is obstruction and attempted cover-up. That is what he will get nailed for in the short game. The fact that he possessed classified documents is just more icing on the cake.

That is the reality.

They don't give mulligans in court.

Based off what you said that’s not accurate. They do. We’ve seen investigating agencies admit a crime was committed on TV and close it.

"A rules-making body behind the U.S. federal court system, the Judicial Conference, issued a new rules on Tuesday saying that it will allow "judges presiding over civil and bankruptcy cases to provide the public live audio access to non-trial proceedings that do not involve witness testimony," according to a news release from the conference. However, it said that "the change approved Tuesday does not extend to criminal proceedings."

"The current rules for federal court proceedings prohibit video or photography inside courtrooms. That rule applied when the former president was arraigned earlier this year in two federal cases in which prosecutors allege that he tried to overturn the 2020 election and for allegedly mishandling classified documents after he left the White House."

"Temporary permission to conduct some criminal proceedings by videoconference or teleconference, which had been granted under the 2020 CARES Act, ended on May 10, 2023," the release also said. "Courts have already discontinued use of virtual criminal proceedings, except as otherwise authorized. The revision also does not affect a judge’s ability to allow parties and counsel to appear remotely by teleconference and videoconference."

Maybe read the article.

Back to ignore.

You're the one who trotted a clickbait article out as some kind of assault on truth and justice.

Thanks for confirming that this "new law" has absolutely nothing to do with Trump. Just more grousing by the deplorables too stupid to understand that nothing changed, which as a matter of fact is a better headline for that article "Nothing changed but get mad about it."

Tired of the Tit for Tat, "tomahto, tomato" argument.
Reread the indictment(s) and counts.
What's not accurate? 32 counts?
No admittance, no closer. Sinking Ship.

So claim obstruction and cover ups while saying no mulligans. But when it’s been shown that’s not accurate in regards to mulligans, you say tired of tit for tat. So which is it? No mulligans or mulligans?

I think people gravitate to media "outlets" that throw them the red meat they want to consume.

Folks screeching about the "liberal MSM" isn't that convincing or heartbreaking when the same people turn to alt-right sources for consumption.

The sad part is, is that there is very little unbiased news left. It's all opinion based with blurred lines, interspersed with facts packaged as "news."

Twitter is the worst. It's 90% agenda driven opinion - complete garbage.

I agree with that. My morning commute, I’ll listen to MSNBC and Urban radio to get the views outside my own. I hopefully have trimmed my Twitter algorithm to Tennessee sports and St. Louis Cardinals baseball.

I watch BBC world occasionally on PBS, read the WSJ once a week and have a subscription to The Economist. On occasion, I watch Presidential News conferences and interviews Presidents might do on networks on occasion. Quite often with Trump. Always comical with the outright lies and insults to those that might disagree with him or criticized him. Usually those who criticize him get a mixed wrath. And that's almost everyone who worked in his administration 🤣🤣🤣

Trump WON'T stand trial in October: Judge rejects Fani Willis' bid to have all 19 co-defendants in Georgia election case be tried together - and warns they could ALL be Split Up

A Georgia judge ruled on Thursday that Donald Trump and 16 others will be tried separately from Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro, who are set to go to trial next month in the case that centers on an alleged scheme to overturn the 2020 election results in that state.

Powell and Chesebro had filed demands for a speedy trial, and Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee had set their trial to begin October 23.

The former president and the other defendants asked to be tried separately from the two, with some arguing they would not be ready in time for an October trial.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was pushing to try all 19 co-defendants together in what she says was a massive conspiracy to take away Joe Biden's election victory in Georgia.

McAfee cited the tight timetable, among other issues, as a factor in his decision to separate Trump and 16 others from Powell and Chesebro.

He noted that it may be necessary to further divide the remaining co-defendants into smaller groups for trial.

McAfee didn't set a trial date for Trump and the remaining 16, but the timeline he established in Thursday's court order means they wouldn't go on trial before at least December.

What I SAY Trump attempted? You and the absent minds of MAGA seem to have a problem recognizing and acknowledging facts. I could go through all the facts yet again--but they are more than well-established by now. People who continue to ignore the facts because they clash with their corrupt and politicized little minds are rather pathetic and embarrassing. The FACTS are on my side, ace.
You wouldn’t know a FACT if it gave you a reach around.
