I think there are some differences between Trump and Pence/Biden. Pence and Biden said, "yeah, we may have inadvertently taken something we shouldn't have come look around take what you need." Trump said, "yeah, I inadvertently took some things here they are, I don't have anything else," then went and hid a bunch of stuff and had his lawyers say he didn't have anything else. At least that's my understanding.

I do think that Trump did say some of that - I'd forgotten. I also believe I read that just about everybody claims that some staffer actually packed the file boxes to deflect blame.

The day after the raid he claimed the documents were planted in a letter he wrote in Truth Social. Then it was that he declassified the documents.

Prosecutors charging former President Donald Trump and 18 others over an alleged scheme to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia are calling for defendants to be tried in a joint trial, citing a need for fairness and efficiency.

"A rules-making body behind the U.S. federal court system, the Judicial Conference, issued a new rules on Tuesday saying that it will allow "judges presiding over civil and bankruptcy cases to provide the public live audio access to non-trial proceedings that do not involve witness testimony," according to a news release from the conference. However, it said that "the change approved Tuesday does not extend to criminal proceedings."

"The current rules for federal court proceedings prohibit video or photography inside courtrooms. That rule applied when the former president was arraigned earlier this year in two federal cases in which prosecutors allege that he tried to overturn the 2020 election and for allegedly mishandling classified documents after he left the White House."

"Temporary permission to conduct some criminal proceedings by videoconference or teleconference, which had been granted under the 2020 CARES Act, ended on May 10, 2023," the release also said. "Courts have already discontinued use of virtual criminal proceedings, except as otherwise authorized. The revision also does not affect a judge’s ability to allow parties and counsel to appear remotely by teleconference and videoconference."

Why make this personal, "caviler attitude" statement or with assumptions. Most military kids can figure why classifications of documents exists in the 2nd grade.
At present, we have no public details of the classified documents that Biden & Pence possessed. We may never know or we may. We do know what Trump did to keep his which is a crime in itself. They cooperated and Trump did not. So it is not comparable by the actions they took to resolve the crime.
Not sure if they will do anything to Biden or Pence but you need to get over what has been done to Trump.
