He's already been found liable for the NY real estate fraud, all that's being hashed out now is his penalty.

Jury found him liable civilly for sexual abuse.

Trump was found liable for stealing charity funds for veterans for personal and campaign use.

Liable for defamation against EJ Carroll.

Trump Org found guilty for felony tax fraud.

Liable for running an unlicensed school handing out worthless diplomas.


I'm quite sure a couple of more line items of liable or guilty will be added to this list given the 91 outstanding felony counts over the four cases he's facing. I think the bigger question is how many times does he need to be found guilty before you will accept that he's not so innocent? Persecuted or not, that's debatable but he's still broken the law - over and over. Time to come to terms with that.

Never stated he was innocent...always said he was a horrible person...but as a president we is light years ahead of Biden and the Dema IMO. I dont need someone to be a perfect human, I dont need a perfect personal life...I need someone who understands how to make pur country the leader is used to be and not the joke it is now...is the trump 100% no... it still better then what the Dems put up....I won't he voting for him in the primary but if the general is it him to the Dems..well ya know

Trump has argued throughout the week that James is targeting him over political animus, labeling her "corrupt" and an "operative" for President Biden's re-election effort. He shared footage of James on the campaign trail in 2018 in which she denounces him as an "illegitimate president" and vows to sue him if elected.

You implied he was innocent until proven guilty, I gave you a list of shenanigans the courts have held him accountable for. You're welcome.

I appreciate you deflecting to Biden, I'm sure someone will be around to hold you accountable for whatabouting shortly. In the mean time can you regail us with story's of how this fraudster is still the rights standard bearing leader? There's a gaggle of candidates who are better options, smarter and don't have anywhere near his baggage waiting to take up the mantle.

And one person in the gaggle will get my vote in the primary. However in the general election, I will be voting for the R candidate, a spare tire, or whatever against biden or whoever the dems prop up next November.

You realize I said the same as posted below in regards to voting.... as for trump... yes he's a POS person...as far as his current legal battles. I think he's will get away with most upon appeal cuz those will happen after the election.... the few that will stick will he minor charges at best
