There are 15 judges on DC appellate court. Yet 2 judges—Pan (Biden) and Pillard (Obama)—just happened to be selected on 3-judge panels in critical decisions related to J6 and Trump. Oh and the chief judge—who replaced Merrick Garland—also is an Obama appointee.
Sort of amazing how the same 2 Dem appointed judges—Florence Pan and Cornelia Pillard, who barely survived Senate confirmation in 2013—keep ending up on “randomly” selected panels for J6 cases.
Pillard was on one of 2 panels in 1512c2 appeal for J6 defendant; Twitter appeal for Trump’s data; and appeal to obtain records of Evan Corcoran, Trump’s lawyer, in classified docs case.
She sided with DOJ in each matter. Now she’s on panel for Trump’s gag order appeal.
So maybe someone can explain how Pillard can sit on appellate panel when her husband, who works for ACLU, filed amicus brief (denied by Judge Chutkan) AGAINST gag order?Lol what? Something up.
If it's any indication of how radical-left Judge Chutkan is, two of the appeals court judges are Obama appointees, and one is a Biden appointee.
The D.C. Circuit set oral arguments on the gag order issue for Nov. 20. The panel issuing the order consisted of two Obama appointees — Patricia Millett and Cornelia Pillard — as well as the court’s newest member, Biden appointee Bradley Garcia.
So everybody wants it but the prosecutor. Would make great tv and I would be glued.Trump Prosecutors Putting Up A Fight To Keep Cameras Out Of Courtroom
Special counsel Jack Smith urged a federal judge on Friday to bar media outlets from televising the election subversion case against former President Donald Trump in Washington, DC.
Last month, attorneys for a coalition of news organizations, including NBCUniversal, asked United States District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan to make an exception to the longstanding rule that prohibits broadcasting and photographing criminal proceedings in federal courts under the Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure.
Prosecutors are trying to uphold the rule that states, “the court must not permit the taking of photographs in the courtroom during judicial proceedings” or broadcasting those proceedings unless a judge rules otherwise.
House Democrats have also pushed for live broadcasting of the court proceedings in the criminal cases against Trump. The former president's defense attorney John Lauro agrees, telling Fox News Sunday in August he “would love to see that.”

Yeah but that’s the same slippery slope as the people forcing lockdowns, vaccine mandates, etc. in the name of public safety. Some of the most dangerous words you can hear from someone in power is they are doing something for “the greater good”.Not if he believe he is protecting the integrity of the federal election
