He was impeached on lies and no evidence.. its the reason he wasnt convicted. Would you rather he be convicted with no evidence and lies?

Lies and no evidence? You have NO IDEA what you're talking about, Earl. Do you even know what he was impeached for--twice?

The second impeachment was for January 6 and trying to subvert an election. No evidence? Uh, a mountain of evidence was turned up by a congressional hearing plus American's own ears and eyes. You must be missing eyes and ears. There was lying, alright--by trump.

The first impeachment was for abuse of power---threatening Zelensky that he would withhold promised U.S. military aid unless he ginned up a scandal/investigation of Joe Biden, his Democratic rival. It's a recorded phone conservation. You can listen to it. When you attempt to use the U.S.
government to take down a political rival, you're abusing your power.

But that's OK---not wanting to acknowledge facts is a major MAGA THANG.

Of course he isn't guilty. Funny, ALL witnesses against him are Republicans, with most of them former MAGANISTAS. Everyone who has worked with him say the same things about him. Hundreds of them. Are they all lying? Do you believe Trump? He lauded his staff whenever he got them. He said so on Twitter. When they abruptly left his administration, he immaturely insulted them personally. That's not "mean"! That's petulant and immature. He's far and away the biggest puccy ever to hold the office.

That's the funniest part. ALL of them are not only republican's but they were also in trumps orbit.

Almost to a man, everyone who held a position of trust in trump's administration has come out warning the public about re-electing him.

Trump's DC Judge won't accept ACLU amicus brief against gag order​


The judge presiding over former President Donald Trump's criminal election interference case declined to accept an amicus brief from the American Civil Liberties Union that voiced opposition to a gag order imposed on the former president.

U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan of the District Court for the District of Columbia declined to accept the amicus or "friend of the court" brief that would have favored Trump's defense against the limited gag order, which prevents certain inflammatory speech by Trump against specific prosecutors and possible witnesses in the 2020 election subversion case.

I’ll post a story soon but some bombshell revelations:

• Trove of evidence includes “years” worth of security footage from MAL

•Evidence of “extensive communications” btw White House, NARA, intel agencies and DOJ/Jack Smith prior to indictment to determine which files to include.

•Trump still had DOE security clearance related to at least one charged document as recently as June 2023.

•Defense might include Secret Service as a considered member of prosecution since they have own security apparatus separate from MAL

To emphasize: Trump’s lawyers told Judge Cannon this afternoon they have evidence that the Biden White House collaborated with NARA, DOJ, and intel agencies to determine which documents to include in Jack Smith’s indictment.

Also from today’s hearing. Jack Smith told judge the classification review of 340 or so documents had been completed. Defense said they have memos confirming material is classified per intel review but no underlying evidence to support claim.

I will pray for you to have better clarity and understanding as to what has happened, what is going to happen, and how it works when Classified documents are removed from authorized areas. No matter who the current President is or who the Ex President is. President's don't have magic wands and you are dealing in the grey areas when it is clearly a Black and White set of issues. Clearly stated in Regulations and the Constitution. Nice Try to muddy the waters.

Quoting a false agenda is just as to how it works is just another form of misdirection, mis-belief and a bag of hopium.
