The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

I will pray for you to have better clarity and understanding as to what has happened, what is going to happen, and how it works when Classified documents are removed from authorized areas. No matter who the current President is or who the Ex President is. President's don't have magic wands and you are dealing in the grey areas when it is clearly a Black and White set of issues. Clearly stated in Regulations and the Constitution. Nice Try to muddy the waters.

Quoting a false agenda is just as to how it works is just another form of misdirection, mis-belief and a bag of hopium.
Do you mean REPUBILCAN Presidents cannot wave a magic wand but DEMOCRAT VPs can declassify documents and keep them in their garage and all over the place?

Then we have:
On July 19, 2004, it was revealed that the United States Department of Justice was investigating (Sandy) Berger for unauthorized removal of classified documents in October 2003 from a National Archives reading room prior to testifying before the 9/11 Commission. The documents were five classified copies of a single report commissioned from Richard Clarke covering internal assessments of the Clinton Administration's handling of the unsuccessful 2000 millennium attack plots. An associate of Berger said Berger took one copy in September 2003 and four copies in October 2003, allegedly by stuffing the documents into his socks and pants.[20][21] Berger subsequently lied to investigators when questioned about the removal of the documents.[22]

That would obviously be criminal and the lying would evidence intent.

Much as Trump directing that surveillance video be destroyed evidences intent and consciousness of guilt.

Lies and no evidence? You have NO IDEA what you're talking about, Earl. Do you even know what he was impeached for--twice?

The second impeachment was for January 6 and trying to subvert an election. No evidence? Uh, a mountain of evidence was turned up by a congressional hearing plus American's own ears and eyes. You must be missing eyes and ears. There was lying, alright--by trump.

The first impeachment was for abuse of power---threatening Zelensky that he would withhold promised U.S. military aid unless he ginned up a scandal/investigation of Joe Biden, his Democratic rival. It's a recorded phone conservation. You can listen to it. When you attempt to use the U.S.
government to take down a political rival, you're abusing your power.

But that's OK---not wanting to acknowledge facts is a major MAGA THANG.

The dim's calling someone MAGA is like a guy looking through the pants of another guy then says, "girl you gonna date him, his d!k is too big." We're not sure if it suppose to be a compliment or an insult. You probably throw in that "dang man" somewhere in there.

Oddly specific.

That's quite the bizarre analogy, ace!

Complaint Calls for Trump New York Trial Judge’s Clerk to Be Disbarred for Excessive Political Donations

The top clerk for New York Justice Arthur Engoron, Allison Greenfield, appears to have violated judicial rules preventing officers of the court from making excessive political donations, Breitbart News has learned.

What’s more, it appears Engoron was advised of Greenfield’s violations in a 72-page complaint addressed to his court via email that was also filed with the New York State Bar Association the same day he decided to issue a gag order against former President Donald Trump in his case currently playing out in Engoron’s Manhattan courtroom. Engoron has subsequently fined Trump a total of $15,000 for two alleged violations of that gag order preventing the former president from criticizing his principal law clerk.

But the evidence against Greenfield is astounding as laid out in the complaint that a third party filed against her. Such complaints are usually confidential, but the person who filed it—a Wisconsin man named Brock Fredin who runs a Twitter account called @JudicialProtest exposing such conflicts—published the entire complaint online.

“My name is Brock Fredin and I operate the Twitter account @JudicialProtest,” Fredin wrote in the Oct. 3, 2023, complaint sent to Engoron. “I write with respect to the blatantly unethical and partisan conduct of Your Honor’s Principal Law Clerk Allison Greenfield, the Court’s ‘Gag Order’ issued today concerning President Trump’s retweeting of my tweet about Ms. Greenfield and Senator Chuck Schumer taken at a Chelsea Reform Democrat Club brunch and the overly apparent appearance of impropriety in the above-referenced matter with respect to Ms. Greenfield’s repeated partisan political and Democrat activities while employed as a law clerk. Given that President Trump’s post at-issue today was a re-tweet of my original tweet on the @JudicialProtest account, the Court’s order directing President Trump to remove it is a direct attack on my First Amendment rights (as well as President Trump’s), particularly since the Court asserted on the record that my tweet was a ‘personal attack’ on Ms. Greenfield rather than a post exposing and criticizing the misconduct of a public official. I am consequently an interested party and submit this letter as such. To be clear, though, this letter and its contents are not a ‘personal attack’ on Ms. Greenfield. Rather, this letter contains receipts and raises serious ethical violations as to her political speech and activities involving the Democrat Party while employed as your law clerk that undoubtedly create an appearance of impropriety in People v. Trump et al.”

BREAKING: As expected, Judge Cannon will delay the trial schedule in Jack Smith's classified documents case against Trump. Details to follow

I'll have a column explaining it all after order is filed.

You will see much caterwauling by corporate media types and usual suspects like Weissmann and McQuade how Cannon is doing Trump's bidding.

But the blame lies SOLELY at the feet of DOJ. Jack Smith brought 2 unprecedented federal cases against a former president within two months of each other. He asked for, and was granted, an expedited trial schedule in D.C. Judge Chutkan gave Trump 7 months to prepare for trial--the typical J6 case goes to trial over a year after indictment.

The classified docs trial represents major obstacles to defense (Trump and 2 co-defendants) as they attempt to view classified discovery in a Miami SCIF the government just set up on October 18. All attorneys had to obtain security clearances.

Discovery is voluminous--1.3 million pages of unclassified, 5,500 pages of classified, and years' worth of security footage from Trump's properties.

Further, Smith brought a superseding indictment in classified docs case several weeks after June indictment was handed down, adding another defendant and more charges against Trump.

Smith is playing games--Chutkan lets him, Cannon doesn't. Which is why she has earned the enmity of corporate media and their "expert" lapdogs.

The gangster will be convicted in this trial, whenever it is held. MAGA pretending that poor donnie is put upon only confirms what we all know about MAGA.

Your joke about MAGA is like comparing someone to Raquel Welch and you laugh thinking that its funny while everyone looking at you like you got a green booger on your nose.

All Dem 3-judge panel for DC appellate court issues temporary hold on Chutkan gag order, expedites appeal process. Oral arguments 11/20.

Nothing is going to happen
So says a MAGA who believed in vote fraud.....

The gangster drags down and ruins everybody who opts to pay attention to his corrupt bull$hit. Jan. 6 protestors--hundreds in jail, many with lengthy sentences; his election lawyers all humiliated and taking guilty pleas--some facing disbarment and ruined lives; nearly all of his former administration staffers are contrite and jobless; most of his former top administration officials absolutely hate the guy. And meanwhile, the gangster himself is facing four trials and yet continues to make campaign appearances where he rambles, makes numerous mistatements of fact, lies and generally acts like a bad Borscht Belt comic. He's dragged the Republican Party into the gutter--it's like a collective one would find in a backward developing nation.

There are 15 judges on DC appellate court. Yet 2 judges—Pan (Biden) and Pillard (Obama)—just happened to be selected on 3-judge panels in critical decisions related to J6 and Trump. Oh and the chief judge—who replaced Merrick Garland—also is an Obama appointee.

Sort of amazing how the same 2 Dem appointed judges—Florence Pan and Cornelia Pillard, who barely survived Senate confirmation in 2013—keep ending up on “randomly” selected panels for J6 cases.

Pillard was on one of 2 panels in 1512c2 appeal for J6 defendant; Twitter appeal for Trump’s data; and appeal to obtain records of Evan Corcoran, Trump’s lawyer, in classified docs case.

She sided with DOJ in each matter. Now she’s on panel for Trump’s gag order appeal.

So maybe someone can explain how Pillard can sit on appellate panel when her husband, who works for ACLU, filed amicus brief (denied by Judge Chutkan) AGAINST gag order?Lol what? Something up.

I'd say if someone is left wing and me, you, Slice, and volfanhill are the ones that are criticizing your post, then you must be really screwed up...
I deal with a lot of people assuming I have an opinion I've never espoused. It's infuriating, lazy, and one of the most moronic tropes on VN.
