That's the incredible part that so many people ignore. Apparently, the president can have classified materials offsite; seems like a very bad policy, but that's the way it is. Biden and several others who are getting a pass never had the authority to take classified materials - and worse, nobody seems to have known they even had them; without knowledge there was no ability to mitigate loss or damage in case the files were in the hands of foreign governments. There is clearly more wrong with Biden, Pence, Clinton and others holding classified documents, yet they received a pass. The military would fry people for that error; reference the junior birdman still locked up for playing "show the secrets for respect" with game playing buddies.

What's more, you look at as a glimmer of hopium that one little thread is going to unravel 91 indictments in total.
Biden does not need to be there and if the Republican Party was so destroyed by following Trump leadership he would have been gone a while back.
The Republican Party have picked too many fights to when the war and they are on the losing end of it.
I am a Centrist that leans heavy right but the Republican Party is totally dysfunctional. No legislation, nothing but chaos and confusion.

Bottom line: A lot of Hopium and Opium seems to exist in the Republican Party. There stupid displays are to deflect the fight, blame the Democrats, delay, support & elect an unworthy person who campaigns on creating chaos and gray areas.

As far as Trump his campaign is based on throwing crap against the wall and seeing what sticks to save his own soul of which some of you hold onto it as he hits the wall.

Both parties suck and both are trying desperately to get traction but they can't even rid themselves of the idiots that are holding them back. (Santos) just one example of many and the Republican Party did not have the balls to get rid of him 8 months ago. Just one example of both sides.

Trump's revenge tour, treatment of Veterans, organizing a 50,000 militia, constant degradation of others, and no platform except what he has done and what he is going to do if elected is enough.

Biden is not much better because he says nothing and thinks he is the answer. He is not.


The reality if Biden or Trump is elected, we all lose. Open up your eyes. I hope these two are not the choices for President. Both have had their 4 yr Terms and that is all they deserve because both have failed miserably.

Is not this trial in a red state with a Republican judge. Not happening here. May happen in a blue state where made up charges are made to stick like in a communist country. The man has done nothing wrong.

Laughable. His crime is espionage and treason. You are relying on a hometown Judge that will be forced to enforce the laws or removed or will be overturned. Hometown cooking does not work.

Let’s take a Quick look at what treason is. Taking bribes from Ukraine and China (our biggest enemy) Possession of government documents you were not suppose to have. Blackmailing Ukraine to prevent an investigation into his son’s taking bribes. Putting your political opponent in jail. Sending money to our enemies (Iran). Kissing China’s ass because they own you. Your definition of treason is a lot different than mine. Keep voting blue and blame the mess on someone else.

Law is innocent till PROVEN GUILTY...he has not been proven guilty of anything...actually so far the most condemning portion of his trial the audio of his showing secret documents has turned out to be a lie.....so due process means he is still innocent...you have convicted him with 0 verified evidence. Your post tell everyone which side of the fence your on...and it isnt the one you think...have a happy thanksgiving

In this particular case, he is guilty period. Just like Biden. Trump does everything big and lies about it so his is a little more serious. Moving, hiding and lying makes him look guilty. If he were innocent it would have been over a year ago and we would not be watching it unfold.
What's funny is Trump knows he is guilty and is trying hard to skirt it.
What's more, is that most of your innocence pleads for him are that fact that he is in a Republican State with an appointed favorable Judge. That does not mean he is innocent.

Nope...not as of yet..he maybe..but i have doubts as fo many other much smarter then both of us...IMO at most he will.be looking at a misdemeanor for the documents..the other cases are already falling apart due to lack of evidence and facts..but i get it..orange man bad...

I guess if you were truly worried about classified documents you would feel the same about the classified documents taken by China Joe and Pence. But you’re not. So it is you don’t like Trump. If you cared about national security you would be worried about China paying off ChinaJoe but your not. You don’t like Trump. That is ok. I get it. But that don’t make him a traitor.
