Just pointing out that you are a hypocrite. Trump with classified documents is a criminal. Pence or China Joe with classified documents, not a problem.

You are not pointing out anything new because I have said you can put all 3 of them in the same cell. I have stated it several times here. learn to read because we are in the many indictments of Donald Trump Thread. He did it, He admitted to it, he broke the law, tried to cover it up, lied and should be punished for it. Pretty Simple. No work arounds. Walks like a duck quacks like a duck and must be a duck. there is no substance in his platform. Donald Duck Trump.

All three of them are unfit to be President and time in jail may serve them well. so to answer your question yes. Anybody that take Classified documents home should be jailed

Now if you said something like Trump took classified documents to have something to hold over his political enemies to protect himself that might make sense. But you haven’t thought it through. People do things for a reason. Trump is not a traitor.

Except that it was pointed out perhaps in this thread some time ago that there are some provisions about presidents and allowing offsite documents. I happen to agree with you that shouldn't be the case (and I have used classified documents in the military), but neither of us makes the law. For the record, I don't see how most politicians - including Trump are fit to hold a security clearance ... and that is a problem of the first order.

It's still more disturbing that Biden, Pence, Clinton, and others had classified documents and nobody seemed to be aware. Talk about a security leak.

You hit the Nail on the Head, much less serve on some of the Committees they are selected.
Your second point about how they were not aware is sad as well.

Trump's scribbling notes to others on some are pretty bad, if true.
I can image how that White House was ran by the Staff during his Tenure.

Pence and Biden did commit the same crime in my eyes probably on a smaller scale, but it is what it is. Their saving grace was that they allowed searches and turned them over immediately vs delaying, hiding or moving.

Does not change the fact of "no accountability" on their part as they are accountable for doing so.

Trump showed Criminal Intent by his actions and orders with the documents by moving and hiding. He turned a simple mistake into a Punishable offense. Had he been honest, he would have gotten a slap on the wrist vs the drama we have today.

Not being aware was not the most egregious part of it. They didn't care until the are trying to turn over every rock to "get Trump". They know a guy that has never been in politics is more likely to have "process" errors and break the law.

Yes some of it is turning over rocks, but with Trump his self inflicted stupidity does not always warrant that statement. He creates Chaos and Drama and feeds off of it. It is the Trump way.
Extreme way of doing business. No Leadership qualities whatsoever. Childlike behavior that has no business in the WH.

Do not wrestle with A Pig. You will get dirty, the Pig will love it and the Pig will not play by the Rules. Trump is the Pig.

Thanksgiving is a good time to renew introspection. I don't want Trump but even worse is what we have today. I know Trump will make choices that benefits America which by extension benefits the world, and not the other way around.
