none of the prosecutions against him have any merit, he so far has been railroaded by corrupt DAs, judges and juries.

Biden and hunter have not broken any laws at all?

Trump cannot get a fair trial in ny or DC, you're living in a dream world if you think he could. James, Bragg, carroll all are corrupt with no merit whatsoever when congress has evidence, bank statements, first hand eyewitnesses that biden broke criminal laws.

Probably like the Fanni Willis thing where it’s not going to directly result in the dismissal of the case but the collateral effect of delaying the trial is significant.

The presidential immunity argument is brand new. Court points out that Clinton, Nixon/Ford, and Trump’s impeachment team didn’t think it was real. Seems kind of extreme. Kind of doubt the outcome on this issue will change, but the stay of the trial court proceedings pending appeal is the significant effect, I think that probably persists until SCOTUS rules on it which could be end of February if they decline or early summer if they accept.

Edit - re Fanni Willis: the impropriety itself probably doesn’t get the case thrown out but her removal from the case could have that collateral effect.

Not worried about Trump (Biff) destroying the Constitution worry about him destroying America with all you cultist. He doesn't serve the country he creates chaos, pretty much has got the Republican party in shambles. Now they can't even get a Border Deal together because of him.
He is not good for America or the people. But yet you think he has your best interest when all it is about is his. Follow him right off the cliff. Thanks but no Thanks.

We don't need a border deal, we need the administration to enforce current laws and reinstate remain in Mexico.

For a year, the Republican Party and a majority of Americans demanded that it be fix. I am all for it. Texas wants it, Republicans as well, Democrats, but Congress has made a game out of it.. Trump and politics. The Senate worked it out and now the Republicans in the House refuse to pass it. Pass it because if frees up $$$$, what so difficult about that. What the House demanded, they got a bill to do it, now because it is not the right political move for Trump they refuse to pass it.

This is Chicken Shi* politics. You can complain and blame the Border Crisis all you want, but seriously, the House playing politics is the problem.
I am beginning to think the Republican Party creates problems so they can complain.

The Republican party has a many Open Sucking Chest Wounds right now and it is pathetic as they all are Self-Inflicted.

Trump's defense is that he should have immunity from commiting crimes as POTUS, not that he is innocent. Why do you think that is?

Can't explain to a person in denial with little knowledge fYailing to look beyond their own nose. How often do you get on a plane without knowing where you are going or what to expect when you arrive?
All I am stating is simple, for more than a year some of the Republicans have talked about funding and new policies for the Boarder.
The Senate Republicans worked it out. The House Republicans can't make a decision because of Trump & Politics.

You either want the Border fixed or you don't. I don't care who gets it done. Republicans or Democrats. Several years ago we would have been in reverse roles Democrats against Republicans.
Trump's politics has brought this full cycle and harm to the Americans by stating he is the only one that can get it done. In essence, he is just making things worse. Republicans want this but fear the hate of Trump. Sometimes you have to do what is right for America despite your political alignment.
You are the one without a clue. So here we sit with nothing being done thanks to Trump's politics and others.

Trump has not admitted that he has committed any crimes but that Presidents do have immunity and these bogus cases against him should not even be happening.

The Biden Administration has created a reality where weaponized government is common in this country and accepted. This will need to be thoroughly investigated by the next administration.
