I am not happy at all with what is coming out of Congress, the Govt, and the Politician's actions or words.
It is truly a Clown Show and all elements are functioning on an Elementary grade level of comprehension and ability to fix the problem.
They can identify all the problems in the world easily but all of them are doing nothing to fix them because of Tribal beliefs; Democrats, Republicans and now MAGA. No fix until they all find a common ground of which they will not jeopardized their status.
As I stated, they are good at identifying problems, but will do nothing to fix them unless it is beneficial to them. Self serving vs Serving the Taxpayer's and using taxpayers' dollars to serve their status vs making the decisions that may put this country back on track.
When "earthquakes and eclipies are signs from God" are warnings to repent coming from a hypocritic Representative's mouth they are unfit but this represents all of Congress' status at the moment. You call this functioning government, when it is just propaganda to stir the pot. DJT, Mr MAGA, has a book's worth of Statements and should have sold it instead of the Bible.

No Matter what happens in the election nobody is going to be happy. More chaos, More rhetoric and more stupidity coming out of people's mouth. This is about winning, pride, self-esteem vs serving in a balanced manner from the Center.
