The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

The gangster's $175 Million bond has been rejected because of filing errors. Ha, ha, ha--so typical. It must be resubmitted.

"Trump has amateurs around him. They may be competent at some area of law, but they are flying high attempting to do trial work when they’re not trial lawyers and now this latest screw up. Although my favorite of all time is still Jenna Ellis, the traffic ticket lawyer who then reinvented herself as a constitutional law scholar on Fox News and went on to glory as a member of Strikeforce Rudy along with Sidney Kraken Powell.

This is who Trump surrounds himself with, opportunists who smell a buck and who know they don’t have what it takes to make this kind of money honestly, so they just wing it. And they have people working for them that are just winging it. Whatever staffer prepared the documents for signature and filing clearly had no clue and neither did the lawyer who actually signed off on it. This is fly by the seat of your pants lawyering".

Fani Willis' special prosecutor Nathan Wade is accused of contempt of court by ailing ex-wife for 'failing to pay her medical bills': Had affair with Willis while prosecuting Trump

Scandal-hit special prosecutor Nathan Wade has been accused of contempt of court by his estranged wife in a new divorce filing.

Joycelyn Wade made the accusation in court papers filed Wednesday claiming that her former partner had failed to pay $4,400 worth of her medical bills.

She claims she is unable to pay the bills herself since Wade stopped paying child support for their two children.

Nathan Wade has been at the center of a bitter divorce case, where it was revealed he had a relationship with Fulton County Da Fani Willis. The scandal rocked the county's case against Donald Trump and Nathan was forced to resign as top prosecutor.

boo hoo.

Trumps only play is to vilify and attack anyone and everyone that he perceives as a threat in the court of MAGA opinion.

As long as you're paying attention to his sniveling and pleading of his "billionaire" life being sooo "unfair", you aren't paying attention to the fact he's an honest to goodness scumbag.

His sycophants aren't bright enough to recognize they're being played like a fiddle.
He is indeed a scumbag. But in America even scumbags get their day in court and their constitutional rights to free speech, right to counsel, and right to due process including appeal.
And a lot of his supporters know darn well they are being played but will still support him because the alternative scares the living daylights out of them.
Remember, Churchill and Roosevelt stood behind Stalin when the alternative was Hitler.
Strange bedfellows are often unfortunately required in our world

Not being able to taunt judge(s) and their family's is a carve out of the 1A that rational, reasonable people will be ok with. There is no such thing as free speech, there are limits to everything - and a former president taunting a sitting judge on his case in order to get a reaction is an acceptable limit. Not being able to trash a judge and his daughter isn't a punishment or restricting his ability to a fair trial., right to counsel or due process. But hey, it allows donny to keep convincing his idiot supporters that he's the victim.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

So you think the judge should be able to silence the fact that his daughter is a paid politician operative raising funds for Democrat Congressmen who pushed the impeachment of Trump? Do we WANT to keep the public in the dark about such obvious conflicts of internet?
Actually, I guess this does mean the left needs to be forced to shut up about Clarence Thomas and his trips paid for by wealthy friends. Sauce for the goose and all that

There have been several judges lately that have clear conflicts of interest that should recuse themselves. The system is absolutely dirty and broken.

"Operative"

Ooooh. The spin is very terrifying. It's a lot less spicy when you find out she simply owns a digital marketing company that happens to work with Democrat politicians among lots of other non partisan clients.

Don't let that distract you from the daughter isn't in fact, the judge. It's clearly distracted everyone from the fact that Trump keeps breaking the law. Weird how all the attacks are always ones who are tasked with holding criminals and the corrupt accountable.

Maybe things would go better for the cases against Trump if the prosecution and judges didn’t keep tripping over their own two feat with ethical faux pas. Especially silly Fani Willis in Fulton County. It seems like every case against Trump is tainted by someone with a conflict of interest that remained hidden until Trump or his attorneys pointed them out. No wonder they are so keen to shut him up. Again, I despise Trump but I also think the people going after him aren’t exactly as pure as the driven snow either.
People in glass houses as the saying goes…..

A special "Trump carve out" seems to be happening in a lot of these political prosecutions. What is wild is how some of you have no problem with it. The ends justify the means.

The United States is moving in the same direction as Pakistan (Imran Khan) and Senegal.

From prison to palace: Faye's road to Senegal's presidency

He was arrested in April 2023, a few months before Sonko was also held, and charged with contempt of court and defaming magistrates, charges Faye had denied. Crucially, unlike Sonko, he was not barred from running in elections.

Convinced that Sonko's detention and the banning of Pastef were part of a ploy by Sall's government to eliminate strong rivals from the election - all accusations rejected by the government - several party members including Faye put their names forward.

He is MAGA and that is all that matters to me because it is the nature of all MAGAeteers. Got to give him credit as dumb as he his, he has managed to get National Attention for his investigative work. It is still Gaslighting.

You Progressives really are triggered by the moniker Make America Great Again. A sad lot. MAGA does not mean what you loons think it does. The left thinks saying it makes it derogatory.
