Maybe I’m mistaken, but I believe there was evidence that the Fanni Willis group had been in contact with the White House? Is Joe Biden directing all the Trumplicans testifying against Trump. Do you really think all these prosecutors are meeting with Joe Facking Biden? People, who at one time were serving under that clown, are all in jail and/or testifying against him. For the Trumplicans, Biden is either in a dementia fog OR directing the most complex witch hunt of all time. Nevermind the fact that the phrase, "witch hunt", didn't become popular with the populace until Trump got elected.
Do you think there isn’t a deep state, so you think the people we elect actual run the government….. oh wait you probably do have complete faith and trust in our government, believe wars are started for just cause and see them leading the fight for democracy!!! Good good comrade! Is Joe Biden directing all the Trumplicans testifying against Trump. Do you really think all these prosecutors are meeting with Joe Facking Biden? He’s 77, family history of Alzheimer’s, he’s obese and so probably chronically hypertensive. He’s had multiple recent episodes of phonemic paraphasia, many times he just devolves into babbling, he can’t remember the results of his trials, confuses his accuser for his ex wife. Dude was never the sharpest or the best speaker but he’s lost a step, cognitively, in the last few years. Must have been the vaccine. He didn't fall asleep in court?

Former D.C. U.S. Attorney Joe diGenova says, "It's unconstitutional." He says it's the judge's doing. "[T]he reason that it's being done is that we know that 98% of Orthodox Jews in New York support Donald Trump. That's exactly opposite of the Democratic numbers in New York." Indeed, the judge has tipped his hand against Trump in a few different ways.
You think this is Justice, comeuppance for his ugly behavior of mocking and disparaging?Name the people who are coming at him, which in court are all people who served under him in some capacity, that mocked a disabled person in front of God and the whole world. Name the people who are coming at him that have disparaged fallen soldiers and POWs. That's just a tip of the iceberg of things Trump has done. Trump started digging his grave in 2015. In the process he has exposed this country's dumbest citizens
She referenced added commentary by the juror under the video she posted.
They don’t reveal what the juror had to say about the innocuous recording of a “NY moment” of people celebrating Trump’s loss.
That might be… illuminating
The fact that Trump has to hope for 1 juror to get through, to beat obviously trumped up charges, is just wild…Trump needs 1 juror for it to be hung. His team has 10 strikes for people that weren't previously excluded.
The statistical odds of getting 12/12 uber-partisan hacks are low, even in Manhattan....
Most people won't purposefully throw someone in jail if they aren't guilty. Even if they aren't the best person.....

His lawyer screwing up and passing on a jury trial has to be one of the biggest f ups in legal history. How she has a job still is amazing. The charges, as I see them now, are a stretch. Beyond a reasonable doubt is a high burden to overcome. But the state has the chance to present their case and Trump has the right to present a competent defense.
Where Trump has got in trouble in the Civil trials is that he didn't present competent defenses...
