It’s not a sign of diminished cognitive function, but falling asleep in public in the middle of the day is a pretty stereotypical “old man being old” situation.Dozing off isn't evidence of that, although there are signs of it in his speeches. It's just amusing because he cares more about how he looks on TV than just about anything else.
Curious your take on the Hush Money charge.Trump’s dementia/sun downing is going to be the Biden sexual assault allegation of this cycle.
“Campaign worker” I’m inclined to agree, though I would still have to question their ability to be impartial.Working for the Biden campaign should not disqualify someone from jury duty. Just like working for the Trump campaign shoul not automatically exclude you.
The questions should be permitted to be asked during jury selection. That's bs on the judge on that. If a lawyer wants to use one of their challenges, bc they worked on either campaign, well that's their right. It should be an auto out IMO. Either way.“Campaign worker” I’m inclined to agree, though I would still have to question their ability to be impartial.
“Biden staffer” serving on Trump’s criminal jury?

How many who worked on either campaign are part of the pool? Less then 1 statistically. Lawyers use their exclusion choices for a reason. If I'm Trumps lawyer, and one person in the pool worked forBiden, then yes they are gone. But that's not automatic. There are very few reasons outlined for automatically disqualifying someone from jury duty.Of course a campaign worker (for either) should automatically be disqualified from being a juror. How freaking hard would it be to find 12 jurors in Manhattan that haven't worked for either campaign?

It seems like the felony element is pretty thin, so I think I agree. I haven’t followed the case because I didn’t think the crime was that serious.Curious your take on the Hush Money charge.
Clearly Trump was trying to hide this. And would have likely warranted misdemeanor charges had the SOL not run out?
What do you make of the upgrade to felony? Reasonable? A stretch?
