That's true, but that's because they aren't running in a presidential election. I wish people would stop calling this a "hush money" trial. That's not what it is. It's election interference. Paying people off and falsifying those records in order to silence negative PR right before an election is election interference.

So I know this is difficult for lefties regarding Trump but as pointed out above..election interference is not a crime (if it was the a bunch of Dems that signed a false document for impeachments etc..as well as MsM last election cycle) but this is a campaign finance trial for a federal election..now in your mind would the FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION be the one to bring a lawsuit of such against him??? But they declined cuz there was nothing done illegally...but you get a DNC schilll like Bragg who is disposable to Dems like all other minorities, and boom they bring a fraudulent case against a political opponent to slander his rep in an election year but you dont see it as elections interference that way do ya...please leave the DNC plantation and think for yourself

What about wing nuts regarding Trump? Almost all the conservative Republicans he gave cabinet positions to say almost the same things about him. It's clearly documented. What do you think? Are all of them in a cabal against Trump and repeating lies they've concocted just to get him?

Experts get things wrong all the time. In multiple fields. They lie, they can be bought, sometimes they’re just flat wrong.

Remember the Covid experts? Yikes.

Trump was not a good President, and probably does belong somewhere near the bottom.

But the “experts” ranking him there are the same ones that have Joe Biden at #14 and FDR ahead of Washington.

I don’t put much stock in their opinion.

Just because the Feds chose not to prosecute doesn't mean there wasn't an campaign finance crime.

Could be bad witnesses or just a misdemeanor or political reasons or cost or statute issues or just not worth prosecuting...
