Convicted: "Outstanding, you can indict and convict a ham sandwich."

It's the same thing. Both sides are going to claim the other cheated and the election was unfair. Both are already saying it's unfair. It's not even hard to find examples after you say something so blatantly wrong. Here's another one from Hillary before the 2020 election. Stop digging, you've hit rock bottom.

Judge Merchan is SO frustrated that he’s losing this case against Trump He’s now resorted to actively intervening in Robert Costello’s (Michael Cohen’s former attorney) testimony, which could absolutely DEMOLISH Alvin Brag’s case. Amazing.

Judge lets witness Stormy Daniels wander all over the place (shampoo, gold tweezers, sex position, tile on floor) but when it comes to an experienced lawyer with first hand knowledge of potential Cohen perjury, Robert Costello gets cuts off repeatedly.

While Judge Merchan allowed detailed irrelevant testimony from Stormy Daniels- including what she alleged Trump was wearing, what was in his medicine cabinet… he is curbing the relevant testimony of Cohens former legal advisor Robert Costello

Judge Merchan is sustaining the prosecutions objections before question is fully asked. It’s so bad the witness (Costello) blurs out “Jeez”. The contrast of how much Judge Merchan let in during Stormy’s and Cohen’s testimony to the handcuffing he is doing to the defense is unreal.
It is also 180 degrees opposite of what judges do in most criminal cases where they error on the side of allowing the defense to fully defend so that the conviction is upheld on appeal.

What happened in Florida. Didn’t make it to trial. He is about as guilty as you are. Anybody with the IQ above 50 knows this is BS. But you do you and keep living in fantasy land.

Acting like it’s out of the ordinary for a judge to go to town on a witness who is being openly disrespectful in front of a jury is the kind of thing that makes me think that right wing media might not be reporting this case entirely accurate. 😂

The fact that the defense called this guy and attempted to call a substitute judge er “expert witness” to explain the law got me thinking they aren’t feeling great about their chances and are giving the campaign a way to spin it.
