The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

The media now has nearly a week to bring articles forward to convince the jury of the needed guilty verdict for the regime. The administration and DNC are now drafting talking points for all in the media to chirp for consumption by the mindless followers of the democratic cult. Remember "gravitas" from the past?

Audible noises I can maybe understand….but „dirty looks“? What is this, two kids in the back of the car? “Mom!!!!! My brother is looking at me!!!!!!”
What a thin skinned maroon

I've personally known 3 judges, 2 general sessions and 1 family court. All 3 had some level of G^d complex so it's probably prevalent among those wearing black robes.

If you appear before a judge on a traffic fine, and the PO is a no show, is one expected to have their case dismissed? I argued that in TN court years ago and judge rescheduled and said she was embarassed by the no show. Even caught flak from the bailiff about how they could of retained my at time of citation. I was angry. Still am apparently..lol

I was in court for a traffic ticket a few years back and apparently this cop had several of his cases scheduled that session and didn't show. After a few were called the judge dismissed all of his tickets, unfortunately he was not the cop who cited me.

It only seems fair that your ticket should be dismissed if the cop doesn't show.

what I thought..then caught the bailiff crap..not sure what I could of done. Told her, the judge, that I excused myself from work to show..to no avail.

I wrote this to Trump:

"If you think you can jerk a judge around with patently ******** answers that are the equivalent of saying "Prove it!" while giving him the finger, think again.

Judges are not stupid. They are cranky, conservative old men, infatuated with their own estimate of their abilities, with a jaundiced view of the rest of mankind, and drunk on the power they have exercised over others' lives, true - but they aren't stupid.

And courts are not just about old men in fusty wigs, funny clothes, and oak paneling. Behind that veneer lies power, naked and raw, with very, very sharp teeth. Cross them and that power will be brought to bear very forcefully indeed.

If you find yourself in court you have already lost - bigtime! Even if found innocent it will be a sentence of bankruptcy with perhaps your marriage, your career, and your future in tatters. That's the upside.

So make sure you don't find yourself there. But, if you do, I suggest presenting a very submissive and very respectful demeanor. Unless, of course, you'd like to go out in a blaze of glory, a hero to us all, as you begin your long sentence :) "

It's obvious that trump is guilty. To think otherwise is to believe that Cohen paid Stormy $130,000 of his own money without the gangster knowing, and the payments/repayments to Cohen were covered up without the gangster's knowledge. Only the Earls would believe such obvious nonsense. This would have been a big, scandalous story a few weeks before the election, so the notion that the gangster wasn't involved, that neither Cohen, his right-hand man, nor anyone else apprised him of the situation, Stormy demands, etc. is comical. But we do know that nitwits will believe what they want to believe, no matter how illogical and/or stupid their views.

General sessions judges having a god complex is my experience as well.

lol.....Why would anyone be surprised?

That's exactly what trump surrounds himself with.......by choice......
Yep. Why would anybody be shocked that a former Trump employee stole from him? I’m certainly not. Given Rump’s track record with banks and contractors, thievery is a requirement to work for him. Cohen is a slug but as you said Trump surrounds himself with nothing but slugs and yes boys. If you sleep with dogs, you’re going to get fleas. One of Rump’s dogs didn’t just give him fleas, he bit him.

Have any backup of Trump not paying his loans?

Normally, this would be fantastic advice and I have seen people ignore this to their peril, even some friends who ended up in club Fed.

But

None of this seems to apply to Trump, the Teflon Don. This would have crushed anyone else (which was precisely their goal) but for him, it is actually improving his position.

The gangster is also notorious for not paying people. He has a long history of stiffing contractors, cities where he's held hillbilly rallies, etc. He's been sued for payment more than 200 times, I believe. The issue of whether Cohen is credible or not is just an obvious defense tactic. The only real question is whether any juror would believe that the gangster was not aware of the plan to buy Stormy's silence. The evidence proves that he was--duh.

(CNN) Months before Donald Trump was indicted for mishandling classified documents, a federal judge said that investigators had “strong evidence” that the former president “intended” to hide classified documents at his Mar-a-Lago resort, according to newly released court documents.

Judge Beryl Howell cited, among other things, the discovery of additional classified documents found at Mar-a-Lago months after the FBI’s search of the property in the summer of 2022. The records included a “mostly empty” folder marked as “Classified Evening Summary” that was found in the former president’s bedroom, as well as four other documents with classification markings found in his post-presidential office at the resort.

“Notably, no excuse is provided as to how the former president could miss the classified-marked documents found in his own bedroom at Mar-a-Lago,” Howell wrote in March 2023.

The ruling was among hundreds of pages of previously sealed filings that were publicly docketed Tuesday in the criminal classified documents case against Trump. Included as well were new images of Walt Nauta, Trump’s personal aide, moving boxes around Mar-a-Lago room before the a Trump attorney was to review the boxes for classified materials sought by a subpoena.

Prosecutors say Nauta moved boxes around as part of an alleged conspiracy to conceal classified material from federal investigators.
