The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Is the former federal prosecutor a convicted felon, perjuror, admited thief, and whose only source of income is attacking Trump? If not then that person in that video is an idiot or liar.
You get a major award because the person in the video is both.

Acting like it’s out of the ordinary for a judge to go to town on a witness who is being openly disrespectful in front of a jury is the kind of thing that makes me think that right wing media might not be reporting this case entirely accurate. 😂

The fact that the defense called this guy and attempted to call a substitute judge er “expert witness” to explain the law got me thinking they aren’t feeling great about their chances and are giving the campaign a way to spin it.
I saw it happen to a plaintiff attorney when I was testifying a few months back. It was awesome! I knew that dude was in trouble when the judge dismissed the jury. Still ended up winning his case though.

Normally, this would be fantastic advice and I have seen people ignore this to their peril, even some friends who ended up in club Fed.

But

None of this seems to apply to Trump, the Teflon Don. This would have crushed anyone else (which was precisely their goal) but for him, it is actually improving his position.
I just hope the republicans can find enough intelligence to capitalize on this. But they won't... and the black vote will go back to the plantation and we better get used to saying President Kamala Harris
