The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

House GOP Unable To Find Disgraced Trump Prosecutor Nathan Wade to issue Subpoena amid Fani Willis Probe

Republicans are attempting to serve a subpoena to former special prosecutor Nathan Wade - but they have no idea where he is.

The House Judiciary Committee wants to force the fallen prosecutor to testify about his personal relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, after it was revealed the two were dating as recently as last year.

Willis, the one who brought the Georgia election interference case against Trump, has said their fling was a thing of the past, but police bodycam footage showed them together when Willis's daughter Kinaya was arrested on August 24.

Willis has been surrounded by scandal since their romantic and financial relationship came to light after she had appointed him special prosecutor in the case.

A Republican lawyer familiar with the matter, meanwhile, told The Washington Examiner that the US Marshals Service has not been able to find Wade for days - and that 'at this point, we know he's trying to avoid service.'

Things just ain't been the same for Bonnie and Clyde since they got in bed with the Biden Administration. Lives destroyed and embarrassed. All they have is love and joy.

...unburdened by what has been...

holistically
Been thinking about that unburdened line..feel it represents our nation paying restitution for its past sins to segments of society. Basically opposite of JFK..not what you can do for your country, but what can your country do for you. Dems have gone full grievence narcissistic mode.

Literally had white people washing blacks feet out of guilt. Never will forget that.

Watched a video of the appeal of Trump’s “fraud“ conviction.

it really did not go well for Leticia’s DA. Justices were asking some pretty pointed questions as to why the case was ever brought and how in the world was the “penalty” justified.

I’ll give the girl credit, she was swinging, but her answers kept getting shot down in the beginning section of it I saw.

The justices were pretty much making the same points all the conservatives on here were making.

Yeah, nobody thought that would survive but the idea was to tie up Trumps money so he couldn’t use it to campaign and/ discourage donors. Gotta see everything from the political lense. Letitia did her bit for the cause and will be rewarded if Kamala wins.

Your kidding.

"I’m going to hand this one over to one of DOJ’s most esteemed alums, who explained it this way to the Justice Department’s internal watchdog: “To me if it [an election] were 90 days off, and you think it has a significant chance of impacting an election, unless there’s a reason you need to take that action now, you don’t do it.”

Those words were spoken by Sally Yates – former Deputy Attorney General, venerated career prosecutor, no fan of Trump (who unceremoniously fired her in 2017), and liberal folk hero. As usual, Yates is spot-on. And her explanation conveys this indelible truth: if prosecutors bend their principles depending on the identity of their prey, then they’ve got no principles at all."

Election interference.
