The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Trump bombshell as mystery witness is revealed: Former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker testifies before Manhattan grand jury in hush money probe - as indictment looms

  • New DailyMail.com images show former National Enquirer head David Pecker leaving the Manhattan courthouse on Monday
Former head of the National Enquirer David Pecker left the Manhattan courts Monday afternoon amid reports the grand jury had reconvened to hear from another witness in the case of Donald Trump's hush money payment.

It comes as new reports emerge that the grand jury did not vote on Monday on whether to indict the former president after hearing testimony from Pecker – but are expected to reconvene on Wednesday.

Pecker, who was photographed by DailyMail.com leaning over in the back of a car leaving the courthouse on Monday, was involved in controversy surrounding the 2016 presidential election when he bought exclusive rights to stories that could be damaging to Trump's campaign.

Under tight security following last week's death threat, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg walks into the New York City courthouse on Monday, March 27 as the grand jury in Trump's hush money case reconvenes

Monday is the first time the panel is meeting in conjunction with the hush money case since last week when they heard testimony from a witness favorable to Trump. The jurors broke the normal cadence by not meeting on Wednesday and convening Thursday to hear matters on a separate case.

The grand jury is now back on Trump, according to a person familiar with the matter. It was not immediately clear whether an additional witness might be called before the panel.

Now DA Bragg is claiming Trump made up the whole arrest thing????

BREAKING: Alvin Bragg responds to Rep. Jim Jordan, claims Trump created a ‘False Expectation’ about his alleged ‘Arrest’.

Trump's move in predicting his imminent arrest was brilliant. It was like turning the sun on a dumbazz sitting in the middle of the road about to be run over by a string of fast moving semis. The idiot DA thought he was running the show up to that point and then finding out Michael Cohen was an albatross hanging around his case. This is a classic Roadrunner cartoon skit.

While true we should have seen interest rates rise long ago, they should have began raising them gradually in 2015/16 it wouldn't have staved off or even had much of an impact on the inflation we are seeing. The vast majority of what we are experiencing now is a direct result of the worldwide overreaction to Covid. Shutting down production while promoting spending was always going to lead us into an inflationary cycle.

Biden and his administration are not to blame for inflation although their actions and policies have made it worse.

Any input that causes the product or service price to increase is inflationary. The increasing cost of labor and fuel are probably more inflationary than even interest rates since they are so broad they will affect other inputs and cause a multiplying effect. Also, you may not need to borrow to sustain operations, but you certainly have to have fuel and labor. Covid policies have done nothing at all to mitigate and much to increase energy/fuel and labor costs. Biden stormed (OK teetered) into office and immediately took steps that accelerated energy costs while they were already rebounding following covid lockdowns; he also didn't cut off covid welfare payments when prudent. That in essence made the government a competitor for labor thereby helping drive up labor rates ... if you can eat and survive without working then why work.

You saw deflation in energy (gas) prices, that is the only deflation we experienced.

The following whiplash was brutal. Oil and gas producers suddenly found out they could earn more by producing less, and they went all in on that philosophy.

Trump purposely speaks in such an imprecise manner, that it's hard to pin his intentions down when transcribed. He always leaves wiggle room.

When you listen to his phone call with Georgia's Secretary of State, Brad Raffensperger, it's especially evident that he understands there is a line which he can not cross.

He carefully phrases statements such as, "Something happened in Georgia," rather than making a specific allegation.

When he is making a request of Raffensperger, it's never direct. Instead, Trump says, "I just need to find __ votes, which is one more than what we have, because we won Georgia." He is very careful to avoid specifically explaining what it is that he wants Raffensperger to do for him. That way, if laws are broken, Trump can retain plausible deniability.

That is how Trump operates. It's very sleazy... and similar to how a Mafia boss works.

Still, a man hears what he wants to hear
And disregards the rest

Now Trump Says DA Alvin Bragg Has Dropped the Case Against Him

After years of this schtick, I’d hope you all know that President Donald Trump was never in real legal danger. If there were a chance he could get arrested last week, which was the talk of the town, we would have known. There would have been documents leaked. The indictment would have been plastered all over CNN and MSNBC for days, along with the expected jubilation. The former president ignited a firestorm when he posted on his social media site, Truth Social, that he would be arrested by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, stemming from the hush money arrangement he allegedly made with porn star Stormy Daniels.

That would indicate the DumbAzz is actually smarter than the dems in congress were since they failed twice to walk away when they should have.

A gif representation of those hoping Trump is prosecuted for something:

The same "gif representation" would also apply to the fools who are hoping that Donald Trump is going to be elected President of the United States in November of 2024. Your stupid party is laying the groundwork for Joe Biden to be re-elected. Everything is unfolding exactly how it needs to.

Another indictment for how stupid democrats are.

Isnt extortion illegal
probably. not sure where the extortion is? and it wouldn't really matter even if it did happen. The Dems already believe whatever she is about to say, as long as it makes Trump look bad. and the Rs won't care. This is all for the tabloids, trying to restoke some relevance for Stormy.

uh, if you guys keep bringing up new cases/charges/crimes against Trump and never deliver on them people are going to get tired of it, and aren't going to buy into it when it comes to election season. Boy who cried wolf, presidents edition.

and now Biden has a track record as president to attack, and there are plenty of things to attack. I doubt Biden gets 81 million again, or even close to it. I could see Trump pulling similar numbers as he did in 2020.

both are too old. both are too crappy. both are too corrupt. both are too divisionary. but thanks to the two party system that is what we are left with. yay.

Trump is pandering to extremist elements on the lunatic fringe of the Republican Party. January 6th sympathizers and most recently Branch Davidian sympathizers. He is moving too far to the right ... That is exactly why independents have moved away from him in the first place. That speech he gave in Waco was ridiculous.

Another indictment for how stupid democrats are.
If Republicans somehow manage to nominate the only candidate who Biden can beat? That has nothing to do with Democrats. It's an indictment of how stubborn, stupid and extreme the Republican Party has become.
