No problem with Scott personally, I just think it's ridiculous that those putters are still allowed by the PGA tour. Use the same stuff everyone else uses.

Now I know why Phil wears a cap. He looks like a homeless guy without one.

Fantastic finish by Charl Schwartzel to take home the prize. Finishing with four birds in a row to win going away has to be the thrill of a lifetime.

Jason Day's wife (Ellie Harvey) is a looker. Saw some pics without the shades and she's definitely easy on the eyes.

Observations


1-Today is just another example of why The Masters is the best 4 days in sports, CBS as woeful as their college football coverage is gets it right with The Masters, teaming with Augusta National yearly to bring the best TV coverage with the absolute minimum of advertising you can get of a sporting event, nobody does it better.

2-Congrats to Schawrtzel, the guy did what he had to do to win, the chip in and the hole out from the fairway on the front certainly helped but, birdies on 16,17 and 18 when the chips are down on Masters Sunday is as clutch as it gets.

3-From tee to green today Tiger and Cabrera were awesome, if either could have made the 4 and 5 footers when it counted one of them would own another green jacket.

4-Though I'm not a fan of his, Luke Donald showed some guts and backed up his high world ranking today, he could have folded like a cheap suit after putting it in the water on 12 (alot have on Sunday) but he finished like a championship worthy golfer should today.

5-Jason Day also showed some guts today, the round didn't start well for him but he held it together and finished strong, can't help but think his finish will propel him to great things in the future, kid has a ton of game.

6-What a backside of golf by Geoff Ogilvey, 5 consecutive birdies on the back nine on Sunday at Augusta is simply awesome.

7-Say what you want about Adam Scott and his long putter, but it has revived his game and almost won him a Masters title today, he putted lights out, the putter is legal and he would be a fool not to use it if he's gonna putt like that with it.

8-Jason Day's wife is a hottie.

9-Shawrtzel outkicked his coverage in the wedlock department, married way above his head,(but he could have married my dog and accomplished as much) got to be the ugliest Masters champ ever.

10-More props to CBS for taking it easy on McIlroy, they all but abandoned coverage of him after #13, it was the right thing to do, no need to cover the complete and epic meltdown of a guy who is no longer in contention.
