Just wanted to write the words. God I love this week.

There are two NCAA title games to watch yet, but then it is Masters time! We'll even get to see some of the par3 on wednesday thanks to espn.

The beauty of the course, the quality of play, it's going to be a great weekend...

Can't wait for the par 3 or the tournament itself. It is one of my favorite sporting events every year.

Will be in TX for a golf weekend. Beer, golf, watching golf and then more beer. Life is good.

I am still not afraid to say I don't think Tiger wins. My prediction will come Wednesday night on my actual pick.

The thing is, taking the field against Tiger is probably only a 50/50 proposition which is amazing in golf.

i would say 50/50 at best. I just see some youngster stepping up. Still debating who my pick will be.

The British books make Tiger a 1.35/1 favorite. The next best, Phil at 11.5/1. Then Vijay, Ogilvy, Harrington and Els.

When is Tiger not a favorite?
when he's spear fishing in the Bahamas?...

Augusta National is wet this week, that means long
The brilliant colors of Augusta National were offset by soft, gray clouds on the first full day of practice, this after a weekend that brought three inches of rain. Isolated thunderstorms are forecast for the weekend as the temperature rises.
“It’s wet — very wet,” Toms said. “If this tells you anything, I backed up a ball with a driver on No. 9. I played the back nine yesterday and had to hit my 5-iron four or five times. I got done and thought about having my 5-iron regrooved. I hope it firms up. We need it dry just to make it interesting.”

If it does not dry up, keep an eye on Boo Weekly. He's been putting pretty well this year.

Young guys tend to have a hard time at Augusta. Although, I think a case could be made for picking Justin Rose.

That's because Augusta is knowing all about where to place the ball...that's why old guys have a shot :)

love that guy. he's on the local show here every now and then....my kind of people.....

if it is long, then that just plays in to tiger's hands....i'm sure he's not the only one hoping it firms up.....

on a sidenote, it's been a big month for CBS......roll right out of March Madness in to the Masters....

with it soft(er), Tiger's odds go way up. Weir type guys are not going to win if the fairways aren't rolling.

Soft actually limits the potential winners to about 10 guys.

BPV what clubs did you say you have, and why would anyone pay 150 dollars for a putter?
