Compare a list of notable UT grads to notable Vandy grads. That gets them really mad. They often refer to UT as a community college. Despite the fact that NASA would call us first any day of the week.

I saw this was mention on this thread, but no info. I tried google and found nothing. Anyone know what this is about? Apparently we are battling Bama for this guy? Saw mention of preferred walk on? How do these guys know about this, but not us?

they are going toe to toe with ULM, San Jose State,Appy State, and Minnesota for these last second reach recruits just to fill their class. the grapes are sour on their board.

Here's a fun list of teams ranked ahead of Vanderbilt in recruiting:

Temple (2-10 last year)
Western Michigan (1-11)
Southern Miss (1-11)
FIU (1-11)
Memphis (3-9)
Army (3-9)

And what's really sad is the fact that West Point doesn't have the option to go after star players. It's a bonus yes, but with the limited acceptance numbers they won't ever have the recruiting efforts like other schools will.

Seems to me the Vol fans get shut down pretty quickly over there. Apparently there is no more history than the past two years in the minds of their fans and nothing we can do will avert a 3-9 season next year.

It's like a bunch of teenagers that cannot be shown how wrong they are. They know everything, you are dumb and they are completely oblivious to history.

I saw 2 or 3 sensible fans over there. The rest are 100% certain we lose to both UT. State and them.

At first it was funny, but now it's just sad.

Also, some of them apparently read volnation.

I just adventured over to their board, and I'm curious as to why they think they're going to be so much better than us? :lol:
