Well, just on 247. Seems like I heard that they were the only service that was still doing updates.
Obviously we are going to smoke them, but considering Franklin basically burned all the ships on his way out, they ended better than I expected. (Of course, it could all go to hell tomorrow haha)

i see them at 52 on 247 now (not much difference) and they could still lose andrew mike to UF.they are 64th on Rivals.the 2.7 avg star rating is what stings. i agree with you though about their class.

They're also saying its "His loss" for choosing UF over Vandy and that they have a great class without him.

LOL I spoke too soon! Losing that OL dropped them 3 spots since we've been talking about it . God, that would piss me off so badly haha

just replaced their second best commit who flipped with another OL who did not even have a 247 profile until today lol.....or a profile anywhere else.

I'm literally dying of laughter. Vandymania is one of the funniest things I've ever read and they're not even trying to be funny. They'd be excited if they added our rock that we paint to their 2014 class. I'm not exaggerating when I say I've been laughing hysterically for about 5 minutes straight like a crazy person. They're picking up random people off the street and their fans are excited simply because they've added a recruit that breathes air. They'd settle for adding a dog turd and be impressed by it.

P.S. No offense to the kid(Ryan Tindol)...

Hell, I'd be happy if he turned out alright even if he does play for Vanderbilt. Would be cool to see a kid from a smaller place make it on the field.

I'm just laughing at the fact that every single poorly rated recruit they add to their class, they claim to be underrated and is a diamond in the rough. Their coach who they've never seen coach a single game, he's the one person in the country who can find every player that's underrated and they'll all be future NFL players on Super Bowl rosters. Vanderbilt fans are some of the dumbest people in existence when it comes to sports. Hell, most of em' don't even know what grammar is. Judging from every other post I read on there, anyways.

Two things I would say to this:

1) Yes the star system is crap that's why Bama, FSU, OSU, etc never go after 5 star players and op for the millions of 1 star "diamonds in the rough".

2)The drop in talent from the top of an NFL draft to the bottom isn't like it is in college. Sometimes you find a Jerry Rice from Miss. Valley State in the later rounds and sometimes you get a Peyton Manning with the first pick. Sometimes you draft Danny Wuerfal in the first round(sp?) and sometimes you find Kurt Warner bagging groceries. Point is, more often than not it's a bloody crapshoot.


That board is rediculous and I thought we were bad. I have no idea what's in the water in Nashville but for some odd reason winning consecutive games against UT for the first time since before the second world war has them believing that is the norm rather than the exception. Bless their little hearts, they have no idea that they are standing on the tracks and the reality train is coming through.

They started a thread saying "here's the Tennessee trash talk, I keep hearing 'another brick added'" and I asked him how that was considered trash talk. So they got upset.
