The Ministry of Truth thread

If you disagree with something I said, then you should explain why and rebut me. This post did neither one of those things. You sound like an ignorant poster who is trying to join a discussion which he has nothing constructive to contribute toward.

Is this where you try to educate me on the pitfalls of supply side economics while extolling the virtues of creating artificial demand by sending out early child tax credit payments and stimulus checks? Joining a discussion with you about anything involving Joe Biden and economic policy would make me dumber

I don't believe that you have anything but generic insults to contribute here. If you did, it would have been posted by now.

Doesn’t this agree with exactly what I was pointing out? It’s directly related to the flood of COVID relief money.
Well, it would be related to that spending, of course. What I'm saying here, and where we seem to differ, is that I believe that Trump's tax cuts exacerbated the inflation, once the massive spending began. This didn't just happen because of COVID relief.

Did people keep more money because they employers printed more?

Or did they cause the people who got the cuts to be less productive?

What is the Biden administration doing to fight inflation? Are you suggesting that tax increases is a time of extremely high household debt would be wise economic policy? Should we reverse the Trump era tax cuts and what would that do for the average worker who is affected most by inflation?

Tax cuts are good for the economy but only if those cuts are matched by a decrease in spending. We as a country have wanted to eat our cake and have it too for more than 30 years and we have no one to blame but ourselves. We have run massive deficits for decades and it has only become worse. This is not a republican or democratic thing, it is a total failure of responsibility of our elected representatives and a direct reflection of the dumbing down of our population.

This administration is not only keeping up with the last 5-6 administrations in spending, but they are making worse. The spending has increased and the war on fossil fuels increases the costs of products in each step of production and distribution. "Drill baby drill" was the only thing that keep this inflation bubble from popping while Trump was in office. I am afraid we are all in for a lot of pain in the future.

Yadda yadda narrative, blah blah TDS, orange man bad, lol at fake news, snowflake, Marxist, liberal, sheep, wake up.

There. I think I just coveted your opposition's bases for them and saved them some time. Now they can focus on the data you provided

What was the point of this? Odd response to a post that agreed with exactly what I was saying. And no where in there did I see a mention of tax cuts.

The fact the republican senate has refused to pass this nimrod BBB green new deal agenda, along with help from Manchin and Sinema, has kept the Biden administration in check.

B3 gotta be dead now. Biden seems to want to double down though as by his comments it will reduce inflation. Cannot seeing passing still

I've said that over and over ....

The only thing worse than tax and spend (the Democrat philosophy) ... is cut taxes and spend (the Republican philosophy).

That doesn't make any sense. You are a hypocrite, because you have just chastised someone for changing the subject away from the topic of the thread .... which is what you do all the time.

... and I have been very critical of Biden in this thread.
Biden sucks beyond fathomable suckage….. say it….. admit it
