I defy anyone who follows the Indy 500 to keep a dry eye when Back Home Again in Indiana is played. I expect a close race, and I'm picking...........Danica. Second choice is Marco Andretti.

I'm going with Marco followed by Helio, and TK. I look for Wheldon to contend, but I see him having problems midway through the race. Just my 2 cents, should be a faboulous race and a fabolous sports day. Started this morning at Monaco, then Indy, then the Coke 600 capped off by the Lakers game. I can't ask for anymore

Hate that for Sarah, but agree with you Broyles. I was just waiting for Schechter to screw it up. He's settled in for a rythym and looks like he's going to stay in contention with 50 to go.

Fantastic drive by Vitor Miera, a one car team almost winning against the big boys. Also a tip of the hat to Ed Carpenter, if they hadn't screwed up in the pits, and Helio didn't block so blatantly, he may have been top 3. Montoh was impressive as a rookie. Slow traffic gave Miera trouble the last two laps.

Vitor has nothing to ashamed about by no means. Nothing wrong with outrunnning AGR, Penske, and Ganassi for most of the day

What a great weekend. My body hates me right now. I'll have some pics, and thoughts about today and the month as a whole, later in the week. Overall, another great month has me ready for next for next year.
