The murder of Ahmaud Arbery

Because he probably wouldn't have been profiled and followed.

You guys are struggling to get out of bed today.
BS if they had seen a white guy not from the neighborhood on the security videos and prowling around, they still wouldve attempted the same thing

Yes, he lived in the neighborhood.

Really? Oh snap...

Wait, when you say "in the neighborhood", that was apparently a one way in cul-de-sac neighborhood. Did he live in the cul-de-sac or near the general area?

Not that it makes that big of a difference, just curious.

Oh look another opinion with the guy who's been arguing with almost the entire thread for 3 days.
Discussing doesn't not equal arguing. I stated what Georgia State Law and the DA statement said, along with the entire set of facts/circumstances.

I don't care if 1 poster or 100 posters disagree with me, i stated the same type things for Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown and had some of the same discussions, and i was right both times then too

You were right both times? Lol, Christ. This stopped being a discussion a long time ago. It's just become a 20 page crucifixion of your inability to admit you jumped the gun and jammed your foot in your toothless mouth.

Ricky gon' Ricky.

Never go full Ricky.

Poor Dink, you can't bring yourself to admit that the suspect caused his own shooting by physically attacking the guy and trying to steal his firearm. Otherwise he would 100% still be alive.

Other than that, I WAS right on those other times, when posters of your ilk were parroting media portrayals and outright lies.

Logical critical thinking and actual law supersedes a lack of emotional intelligence every time....

The report I read said the victim lived in vicinity and was traveling by foot. General area.
for those idiots that can’t understand. Fourth and Gill is a neighborhood area that consists of more than the streets of Fourth and Gill.

It does appear he made an aggressive move towards the armed men. I tend to move away from people with guns.

IF someone lives in Lonsdale and walks to 4th and Gill crossing under I-75 and Broadway, is he "from the same neighborhood"?

This is the distance we are talking about

You *really* like to assume a great deal.

You assume he would still be alive if he hadn't attempted to disarm the man.

You assume he would have tried to kill the two men had he successfully wrestled the gun away.

It's pretty clear where your bias lies based on these two assumptions. Poor me? Poor you.

****ing simp.

Parkridge is a more comparable distance and yes people from there come to block parties here all the time.

Aren't YOU the one assuming it would be different if he was white? Guess that only goes one way in your head

And i am not assuming he would have tried to kill them, but the LAW states it's self-defense when some criminal punches you in the face several times, and tries to rip a gun out of your hand and he gets shot. Hell the DA stated he couldn't even prove the suspect didn't pull the trigger himself during the struggle, because he was grabbing it!

I don't do "bias" i take facts objectively and look at them, based on reason and actual law

They also come to break into houses and cars and steal crap...Thus why your neighborhood is one of the worst in the city for crime outside of KCDC properties
