Sorta scanned through this pretty quick; any mention of the Zach Randolph to New York trade?

I don't know what I was thinking about Wright. I was talking to someone and wasn't paying attention to what I was typing.

It looks like Michael took a page from The Danny Ainge Book of Lunacy. You trade Brandan Wright for Jason Richardson and his immense contract? Chris Mullin practically stole Brandan Wright from Charlotte.

Yeah, that was by far the worst move of the night... I was glad to see Boston picked up big baby davis though.

Davis will be like a shorter Vin Baker.

Charlotte wanted an NBA ready player. They're looking short term because they don't need more young big men. They need a legit 20 ppg scorer in order to do anything. Maybe Wright will be huge in 3-4 years from now, but they don't have time to be developing a team 6 years down the line (ala Hawks).

Brandan Wright is plenty ready for the vigors of the NBA. And I'm willing to bet he'll be an All-Star within 3 years at Golden State (perfect fit for Nelson's system.) As for Richardson, he won't flourish with their current personnel situation. Charlotte needed an efficient post prospect, and Davidson doesn't come close to fitting that bill.
