But I'm told every day on here there is a difference between words and actions. What budgets have they actually submitted and are they higher or lower than Trump's?

That is just counter logic. Trump doesn't fear Biden because Trump has a big ego; therefore couldn't have done what he has been proven to have done. Then you go on to say his ego just wanted to "embarrass" Joe.

A better question would be who was the last repub to do that. I believe the last potus lowered his deficit spending but don't care enough to look it up for you

For over 50 years I have heard about budgets and deficits and things never change. I'm guessing that there is a reason why, because the US government controls the monetary supply for the world and we can do anything we want.

I hear you tap dancing and I’ll raise you a free health care for all ( ran by the government ) , total school debt forgiveness , and a stock market in free fall . These are people declaring and promising what they will do as POTUS .

The CBO says that we will run trillion dollar plus yearly deficits for several years. Trump won't be in office in several years. The debt will keep going up. Nobody has the guts to make cuts. The best chance would be in somebody's last time in office., when they aren't trying to get re-elected.

What? Obama lowered his deficit spending? So If I double my debt in 8 years, but I only increase it 5% in year 8 thats a good thing?

Vs what is actually being done by the current potus. If you believe he's about to be reelected then that's what needs to be looked at. Playing the but,but,but game gets us nowhere when there are actual numbers to look at

It’s cool to play the absolute card “biggest budget ever” but when normalized over time the trajectory is nothing new. Take a look at our debt post WWII compared to day.

Also take a look at the impact of the Social Security Ponzi Scheme! We chose to bankrupt ourselves eventually in 1935!

It lowered for a couple of years, due to sequestration, and then went back up in his last 3 years or so. I think in his best year, we only increased the debt by about $400 billion.

I'm not willing to support anything in the middle east. If I had my way we would leave the entire ME and Europe tomorrow and give them the middle finger on the way out.

I just believe the mixture of capitalism/socialism we currently have is not optimum, especially in a couple of critical segments.
We are never going full socialism, that is as impossible as going full capitalism. Society is not advanced enough to either to work in isolation. Were society advanced enough, give me socialism - but that is a moot point.

Have I said one time in any post that I care about the deficit? You made the statement the the deficit will collapse the nation . I rolled with it and asked you have you seen the lefts proposals which you ignore as just talk . They are trying to get elected based on promises to their base , or TALK . Trump is not going to cut the deficit by any meaningful % , and nobody running in the foreseeable future is even going to try .
