The Next Trump Crisis

Ive done that before, I’ve told my two daughters that a singer wasn’t any good, and that they sucked, and the response wasn’t very good back to me. I watch Fox News, because it is the only way I go. I watch only the ones for Trump, and the ones that are against Trump can take a hike. I don’t see the right calling you on the left a deplorable, and if I was talking to you face to face, I’m not going to do that. The only way that will be done, is if someone from the left starts getting angry, then I’ll attack back. We’ve been attacked enough, and I think Trump supporters will stand up for him, and I’m not saying I take everything that you attack him for. It is just that we are going to defend him, in a lot of ways.

I'm not on the left. I'm a conservative Christian non-fundamentalist.

Not ever really that good in English, but I can spell pretty well and have a good memory.

For whatever reason, English was my hardest subject while in Jr high & HS.....10th...11th....12th. My senior year homeroom teacher was my English teacher.....I didn't like her very much & I felt the same from her as well. 10th grade Biology wasn't a favorite subject either.

I often wonder at the sheer numbers of things an avowed democrat can hear over the years, while mingling around a cocktail party or fundraiser full of other democrats, that would cause him to leave that party and decide to run for President as a republican.

What on earth could one know that would make you willingly paint a huge target on your back for pot shots from former friends and associates?

What type of information could you possibly possess that would create such a state of panic that people are willing to do or say virtually anything to discredit you and attempt to remove you from office by any means necessary?

I wonder how many Americans from all walks of life and political inclinations have asked those same questions, even if only in thought?

It’s only a mystery when you refuse to give America better candidates than they are given. The left has had , going on 4 years , to come up with candidates that would make Americans say .. you know I can get behind their policies, they arent to radical one way or another , and even though Trump has been good for us , I can vote for him or her even across party’s . Instead of doing that , you have the old white multimillionaire socialist , the old white multimillionaire Ex VP that can’t stop trying to relate cornpop stories of the 50s to today’s generation, a multibillionaire who’s bought his way onto the stage convincing the DNC to try and shiv the Bern one last time , a young white millionaire mayor from a midwestern city , thats claiming to be a centrist / progressive that can’t pull enough minority / votes to make it in the southern half of the country , another old white multibillionaire that is a joke , your only minority candidate is trying to give away cash to people and can’t get votes , and finally only because the left trashed the only young woman left , you have and old white privileged multimillionaire thats lied her way into a very prestigious university and has been changing , shifting and lying about her policies ever since . Tell me the steak story again ... I enjoyed it . 😂
I'll give you the moral of the story. Because a thing is chosen, in no way indicates that it was the best choice.

Cool. You can never vote for anyone until they are an incumbent.

Now that's a plan ... nobody new, and voting to eject the previously elected. I like it. Now how do we get rid of the three letter agencies that infest DC? Something like Brexit ... imagine states running things again and really being able to ignore places like CA and NY.

I used to pretty much have a photographic memory and remember things from 50+ years ago like it was yesterday. I'm pretty certain that I'm going to end up with Alzheimers because I'm becoming more and more forgetful about things that I should remember but forget. Such is life and the ways of the world.

The old stuff stays with you ... kinda like it's filled up all the files. Now remembering what your wife has on the honey do list (assuming anyone listens) is a different story.

Bingo. If certain states want to run their liberal utopias more power to them. Why are liberals so obsessed with dictating their policies and morals on the entire nation? Leave us alone.

I honestly think there's another answer. We have too many distractions and too much else going on to fix things in memory. I keep telling my wife that she cannot multitask, and that's why I have to find stuff for her constantly. However, I can't get across if you are thinking ahead to something else when you put the car key someplace, that act of setting the car key never gets fixed in the mind, so how do you think you can retrieve it.

My mother always stressed to"pay attention to what you are doing, while you are doing it."

I read the OP, but honestly haven't been paying attention to what is actually going on with the impeachment.

What did the Senate do, besides acquit, to piss off the OP? Did they ignore new evidence? Hold closed door meetings to predetermine outcomes? You know, all the stuff the House did?

No, the House did oversight the same way it has been done forever. Name one thing they did that the Republican controlled house didn't do besides Impeach? Did they not hold closed door meeting and have closed door depositions?
Behind Closed Doors, House GOP Vote Overwhelmingly to Eviscerate Ethics Watchdog

After Clinton Spectacle, Benghazi Panel Goes Back Behind Closed Doors

What the house did has no bearing on what the Senate failed to do.

He switched to find the love, adoration, support, and power he could never manipulate out of the left.
Pure and simple.
Roger Stone saw early that Trump was the type of person that could control a certain sub culture......and that wasn't ever going to be the left.

Some people act like he was a politician back when he was a Dem but elected him because he wasn't a politician when the republican voter promoted him to the pinnacle of the Republican Party.

Are you conservative to believe everything that Trump has done, or is there something that you disagree with? Me, everything he has done, I agree with, for the country.

They have the whistleblower tied to a chair down in the basement. He is scared that Trump will knock him out, is seen in the capital.🤷‍♂️😳

Hand picked by Roger Stone. What could possibly be a higher recommendation.

What a total scum bag. Is there any poster on here that actually admires Stone?
If you or I despise him, yes they would admire him. I would say more than one poster is the proud owner of a "Roger" Stone.

I guess the polarization didn't start until someone couldn't keep their doctor. Not really, it started with FOX news.
I guess you are too young to remember Robert Bork? That was the jumping off point. Clarence Thomas was a piling on about 3 or 4 years later. The Republicans have never treated a Dem SC nominee with anywhere near the hostility of those 2 or Kavanaugh.
