The Office: Season 7 Thread

I think it's pretty clear Daryl and Dwight are not going to get it; Daryl just completely botched the whole interview process and bringing in his daughter for sympathy points sealed that. Dwight being thrown back into the mix was done merely for comedic purposes IMHO. So that leaves Jim and Andy; Jim hasn't even been a candidate but I can see Jo asking him to reconsider and the way she put it to him that he didn't need to "screw it up", he may decide if that much responsiblity is going to be put on him then he might as well go for the manager position. Andy definitely did the best in the interview process, even with Gabe trying to sabotage him, and personality and dumb ideas-wise he is the closest to Michael.

Overall I still think they need to bring in someone new, and not any of the candidates we saw, except Will Arnett which isn't going to happen. I still also can see next season having several people be manager, like bring in guest stars to hold the position for 3-4 episodes and find out they don't fit and move on.

It wouldn't surprise me if creed held on to the position for the first few episodes which I wouldn't have a problem with.

Darryl has Jim though. Jim told him they know him and that is more important than the interview. Jim is going to make the decision. No way Toby or Kelly have input.

Creed will have sabotaged the company by then

It's gonna be Andy. He got all of Michael's biggest clients and he saved the one that Deangelo ruined.

Yeah but that was before Daryl did the daughter thing, which even Jim kinda rolled his eyes at. I think that sunk Daryl.

Random but I would like George Lopez to appear.

I think hes ok. It would give a different view on things. Especially since hes mexican.

I think Lopez is funny at times, but 95% of his act revolves around being Mexican which just gets old. I guess if I were Mexican I would like him more
