Yeah. I think his actions made him even better of a choice for Jo. The fact that managers kept losing their jobs because of relationships makes Jo want to distance herself from it.

Now whether or not they finally end up together, that's a different story.

He mentioned people disappearing at the lake and was a weird mf'er.

Another thing I noticed. It seems like the decision is basically Jim's. Toby is merely just there.(also he looks bad. like he has lost weight.) Gabe is gone. Kelly is not going to make the decision.

Jim liked Spader. Called him a genius. He also liked Darryl.
With that being said, I think it is for sure going to be either Spader, Darryl, or Andy. JMO.

But, when the decision is made, they will give the decision to Jo. Who knows if she will go with it or not?

I just read that Tate is the "frontrunner", and the only issue is whether or not they can get her. If that's the move, I'd be willing to make a bet that season 8 will not make it to Christmas. It will fizzle out like that last season of Scrubs.

I'm teamandy as well.

Really liked the episode. Spader was awesome. Carrey as the strangler looks like a red herring.

I hate to say it, but the last few episodes (post Michael Scott episodes) have been the best of the season.

I thought Tate was funny in spots but no way she should be the choice. That character couldn't last.

Same with Spader; while I thought he killed it, I can't see that lasting a whole season.

Of all the guest stars, only Arnett could fit I believe bu he has another show starting.

Overall I'm not feeling too good about the show next season.

Are you sure? He handled the chaos pretty well almost like they were setting him up to be the boss.

i don't know about jim getting the job. there are certainly worse candidates as far as preserving the show goes......but i thought he didn't go over too well when he co-managed with michael.

I don't think they really respected him. In all honesty, I'm not sure anyone else in the show really makes sense.

Wow Jim Carrey was one weird dude. Personally I wish Arnett would be the new manager but since he has a new show coming out we can scratch his name off the list. As far as internal I was Andy to be the boss. I think Daryl would be a horrible hire. Thank goodness Gabe is finally gone.
