My thoughts from tonight's episode:
I like the way the are trying to develop Andy's character and give him more of a back story.
This was Spader's best episode, more of this please.
The Pam/Angela rivalry is silly, but the ongoing high brow stuff about the (state) senator being gay is excellent.
We need to see more Creed.
Mose has to be one of the best written characters in all of television, I guess Michael Schur knows how and where to place himself.
Stanley and his mistress making another appearance together, and being announced as such was awesome.
The more I think about it, the more the show has become uninviting for new viewers. Just about every joke and plot line is a continuation of previous seasons inside jokes. This makes it very rewarding for the loyal watchers and fans of the show, but I imagine anyone who is trying to get into now being completely lost.
Lastly, the open was great. The billboard with Dwight and Andy needs to be someone's avatar.
