On the basketball topic, with last years loss still stinging, who are the some of the best teams in ncaa history that didn’t win the championship? I can think of a few, last years UT team, last years duke team, and the platoon Kentucky team.

Bill Walton's 1974 UCLA team that lost to David Thompson's NC State team. Also, the 1974 Maryland team was the best team to not make the tournament. NC State beat them in a classic ACC Tourney final that year.

So just a general wondering about this season, if Uros does not get his waiver and say one of our big men i.e. fulkerson, kent, or ORN get hurt, would they more likely forfeit pember's likely redshirt and throw him in there or give brock jancek minutes?

Yeah they beat us other way, but Franks going out may have been a blessing in disguise for Florida. Trask has went to his second option more in half a game than Franks did in a year

2 idiotic personal fouls extended UT-C drives after they were stopped on 3rd downs last week. TN's first drive ends because of a stupid personal foul by #74. As much as TN has played with very high basketball IQ the last couple of years, we seem to have the opposite in football this year.

I had an issue with that call...whistle hadn’t blown and the UF player had just ran in late on Pope...they were standing up Pope and trying to push him back, UT lineman trying to push him forward...should’ve been a no call.

I had the radio on instead if the TV audio so I had no idea about the whistle.
