For me I expect Keon to be a bit rusty this year coming off the injury and weird offseason. Then late in the year really start to see him turning a corner and setting himself for a huge sophomore year and jump to the NBA
I feel the same. Could be wrong, but I think it's fair to expect some rust.

not sure I’d call it rust as much as I’d say he’s just not a polished offense player yet anyway. I think he’s going to have a year where he plays great defense but doesn’t score many points. I doubt he matches what JJJ did offensively this past year in terms of points. I’m thinking 6-7pts a game

So you think he'll lack confidence on offense? Perhaps he can ease into his role.

He hasn't played in a long time due to injury. I call it rust.

Nope. I just don’t think he’s going to be asked to do much offensively. The team is too deep and too experienced to think he’s going to be asked to be a double digit scorer imo.

He’s got that “it” factor especially on defense. No worries at all about the kids confidence. None

My last few post got me thinking about predicting scoring averages for next year.

here is my shot at it

Fully 13
James 11
Pons 10
SV 9
Springer 9
EJ 7
Johnson 6
Ticket 5
Bailey 5
Walker 2
Olivier 2
Uros 2

that’s 81. I’d assume it’s lower than that

Springer leads the team in scoring, imo

Listening to John Ward's call of Tony White's 51 point game versus Auburn on WNML. White had 40 with 1:35 to go.

2nd half of UT with King/Grunfeld getting TN's first win at Rupp is coming up shortly. Google WNML I think it might be thesportsanimal dot com

The static or other signal interference is really obnoxious. Even so it's great to hear John Ward. It's not as noticeable while the crowd is loud.

1/12/1977. Hard to believe that the technology was so primitive that there's so little video and decent quality audio preserved from less than 45 years ago. But then again, 4 planets in this solar system were just recently discovered. We're not all that far from having been living in caves.

Bunch of miscreants up there showered the floor throwing oranges at the players. Makes me realize that today's Millennials aren't nearly as bad as advertised if comparing to the knuckle draggers from the 70s.
