TN beats USCjr - TN wins outrightOh, sorry you're right. Basically tonight's game can decide the SEC regular season whoever wins will be the only team that can win it out right.
TN beats USCjr - TN wins outright (correct, we'd at worse finish 14-4 with everyone else at 5 losses already)
TN loses to USCjr, beats KY, and USCjr loses to MSU - TN wins outright. (right, 14-4 and South Carolina would have their 5th loss)
TN loses both, USCjr beats MSU - USCjr is outright champion. (they'd be 14-4 and everyone else would have 5 losses or worse)
KY wins out, USCjr beats TN, USCjr loses to MSU - KY and USCjr are co-champions. (actually we'd have a share at 13-5, but USC Jr. would be the 1 seed for SECT)
Not sure, was just saying that teams/us do indeed cut down nets for conference regular season champions. After we beat Georgia at home? But when is the last time we won the regular season with a road win?
Cause I'm pretty sure in 2007-08 we wrapped it up when we beat Kentucky at home (after losing to Vandy on the road).
I mean, I would assume we’d need their permission lolI’m not sure why we’d wait till Saturday to cut the nets down if we do win tonight. It is very possible we lose to Kentucky, which would make it weird to cut the nets down after a loss.
I would bet we do it tonight if we win. Especially after how USC Jr. jawed all game on our home floor when they beat us. I doubt we’re going to try and preserve their feelings.
I just don't think Barnes would want to do that. He's a classy guy. If the argument is "we might lose to Kentucky," then we could do it before the game as like a joint ceremony with Senior Night. They could make that pretty coolI’m not sure why we’d wait till Saturday to cut the nets down if we do win tonight.
