I listened to an Ole Miss podcast this morning to get their perspective. The hosts were skeptical of our offensive stats and numbers because of Iona and Rhode Island, and they said we hadn't played anyone ranked outside of Texas (a loss).

While Iona and Rhode Island did contribute to our stats, I think they only took a birdseye view of things.

Has Ole Miss played anyone ranked prior to today?

I’m really trying to talk myself out of being so excited for this weekend. Part of me thinks this could be a sweep. Ole Miss has a very average pitching staff compared to past years. Clearly they’re talented at the plate, but we can keep up with anyone in a HR contest.

She thinks she’s got it bad…if I don’t take a shower before the first game of the year, I can’t shower the rest of the season. 😛

It's the American way of life. I told mine to go kick rocks .... after the kids moved out.
