We have much better wins than Michigan. If the one time they play a good team this year they lose they would be out. We have a win over bama and lsu, they would have a win over Penn state….

UGA has blue chip ratio of 77% this year, which means almost every player that sees the field is a 4 or 5 star.

UT has a blue chip ratio of 45% this year, with many of them being true freshmen.

We've played well above our talent level this year but you can't expect a team to consistently beat opponents that have significantly more talent. Especially on the road. And with key moments of bad weather.

Our day is coming. More 4 and 5 star athletes are on the way. Before this game I predicted UGA by 14. I'd take UGA by 6 on a neutral field. I'd take UT by 3 at Neyland right now.

We can still win out and make this a special season, possibly even a playoff appearance. The future is bright. It's great to be a Vol.

UT got exposed today, on both sides of the ball. Simple as that. The final score could have been worse.

That being said, UT is way ahead of schedule here. Most of us would have taken 8-4 before the season started, and 11-1 is still there for the taking.

UGA showed how to play this offense. Our defense is still our weakness. It'll take another round of recruiting, and better coaching, to fix that.

Hooker held the ball too long. If it's not there, throw it away. The penalties hurt, but the sacks were fatal. Today, Hooker looked like the QB from VaTech. He's got to put this game behind him; shorten his "throw clock"; and let this game be his low point.

We can win our last 3. Should be favored in all of them. So let's take care of business, and see where the chips fall.

Go Vols.

I haven’t made any excuses today we got beat plain and simple. But when you say overrated, that comes with a hefty meaning. Your making it sound like TN doesn’t deserve to be in the spotlight that they are in. Look at the body of work they have done throughout the year. The only arguement you can make today is UGA is better than us.

I agree. Hooker was off tonight. It is what it is. I still have full confidence n him and think he’ll deliver redemption in the playoffs, by the grace of God.

No matter what you think about our team. If you go to the game next weekend, be really loud for our seniors. They have done a lot for the university and deserve all the applause they can get.

If you LOtM members that are crying that we are horrible and are at risk for another loss, go take a look at our coach's post game presser. For those talking the inane moral victory idiocy, listen to his message. The result was not what was wanted, and he was disappointed at the outcome, but this team will put this game behind them and prepare for the next. There are no "moral victories", but I do not fall apart at a single loss. I am still extremely proud of this team and staff and none of you negative ninnies will ever affect that.

They just didn't beat us they exposed us in every way. Every possible flaw was exploited and exposed. We are two years away from truly being competitive with them on a constant basis.
