If it is a lack of focus, it's understandable. Periods of lack of team focus happen in the course of a long season. It isn't uncommon for even the best of teams. Could be the kids are focused on finals week coming up or something like that. When things like this happen, THAT's when it's time to express support and positivity. It's the wrong time to go all wobbly and start complaining at them.

Dollander needs to get his mojo back? I thought he had a strong outing yesterday. Blade, however, is struggling.

Unfortunately, Jared is still dealing with a fracture in his foot.

It’s the media that was raving about this team , about their greatness, listen guys we play in the S E C. These guys will have bad at bats , it’s baseball. Unfortunately we had to many in a row , it’s ok. Trey has some of the best stats ever at UT. He’s not going to be perfect all
The time. Tip your hat and move on. Kentucky has beat us 2 out of 3 so far. Let’s refocus here and Let’s go!!

No I won’t give UK pitching a lot of credit, they didn’t pitch all that well, we swung at garbage repeatedly. Trey struck out last night on a ball that literally wound up 12+ inches off the plate, it wasn’t like it had some amazing run on it, it never even started in the zone.

Straw man argument. If you had said: "The old if you have never played at this level and have no understanding of the difficulty of hitting SEC pitching, yet still complain about their performances as if it is something they can always control........" I would have agreed with you. I've never payed baseball at that level, so I don't attack our players as disinterested observers in a defeat. These two defeats were by 2 runs and 3 runs. Not blowouts. That's significant. They are pitching better than they ever have, an putting together excellent game plans to pitch to us. We haven't figured it out yet. But we will, and we need to support these guys in the meantime, not bitch and moan with a 4o win team.
