We have 3 losses TOTAL. We just dismantled the #24 team in two straight games. We’re not moving anywhere.

I don't think there will be a consensus #1 ranking this week. Some polls value non conference midweek games more than others. We'll see though!

The first game even with the umpire doing as bad as he did , we had our chances early in that one . It was a 6-3 game but we where never out of the game. That’s baseball for you but we established some dominance these last 2 games. Great weekend and sign!!!

Correct. I know we’ve set the bar high this year, but only boat-racing our top-25 opponent in two of the three this weekend is still a good weekend.

Fair point, especially given that Long Beach State has fallen off considerably after the first few weeks of the season. A 2-2 week (even with the lack of concern to midweek games) would usually be an opportunity for movement but, like you mentioned, Alabama being ranked coming in and the total W-L record are big deals.
