Will be very interesting to see if the Vols hold onto #1 or if Oregon State/Okie State jumps them. I think Tennessee remains #1 in D1, but I wouldn't put it past one of the other four major polls to vault an OSU into the top spot despite the Vols winning their SEC series.

Oklahoma State has 10 losses they’re not remotely close to jumping us. Oregon State has played a total of 7 Q1 teams to our 14. There’s nothing on their resume that could bump them either.

Umpires have wide discretion when it comes to preventing chippiness from turning into something more. The game was obviously contentious from the get go. Then Dollander gets drilled, the ejections on both sides and I’m sure there was barking from both dugouts. The umpires banned on field celebrations and gimmicks (fur coat) after home runs to prevent further escalation.

In the dugout was fine. Just not on the field.
