I guess I'd like someone to explain to me why, after not making d--k all game, we pick McBee to take a three when we didn't even need to. WTF???? I love our guys. I loved our season. But that was about the worst 8 minutes of bball I've ever seen. Embarrassing is correct.

This team played like it wanted to go on spring break. After some things I heard from people who know some of the players, I'm not surprised. They didn't want to continue to play in the NIT because they wanted to go play on spring break.

Golden resorted to the Golden at the beginning of the year where he killed the team.

This team prided itself on defense and rebounding and didn't do either that well. They were also 19-32 from the FT line. That's pathetic.

Not a good coaching job or playing by the guys in their last 3 games of the season. Pretty below average to be quite honest.

Another terrible coaching job by Martin and company. This Tennessee team just makes stupid play after stupid play and I don't think Martin has any idea of how to correct the problem. My prediction is that we will have a couple more pitiful seasons under Martin and then Tennessee will fire this bunch of losers and hire another bunch of losers.

Oh I agree. Tatum McCrae and McBee were no shows. Stokes went lazy the last 10 mins.

But for the 11th place team in the SEC it was a solid season overall. They got a solid base coming back but need to fill some holes. McCrae and Richardson need to find a game in the offseason.

I hate Late March - August... so boring. Not a good way to end it this year, from football to basketball I have been disappointed.

When everyone calms down, you will see we had an overachieving season. I am pretty sure 80 pct of the people thought we were going to have a bad year this year. We finished with a winning season, we spanked Florida twice, we beat down Vandy at home and we made UConn look like a rec league team (before everyone realized they are a rec league team). I am proud of this team and look forward to next year.

Our guard play is sub mid major! Some division 2 teams have better guard play than we do. Tatum 3/10 Mcbee 0/7 Golden 4/9 McRae 1/6 for a combined shooting of 25%. That is bad. Not very good on D either. Golden was not quick enough or strong enough to guard MTSU's PG tonight. Golden got used bad!!! If we do not get a point guard and move Golden to the 2 guard, we will not be much improved next year. We need more quickness at the guard position!!!!

Thank god this season is over. Good riddance Tatum. Take your weak ass handle to some Turkish developmental league where you can smoke the hash with Major Wingate, JP Prince and Duke Crews.

I mean, am I the only one? It seemed fairly obvious to me, especially there towards the end that we didn't care near as much or play with near as much effort at MTSU. I don't necessarily blame them. I mean it's game experience for the young guys but you're risking injury playing meaningless games like this. Glad it's over. Next year should be extremely fun.

Quite honestly, Tennessee needs 2 shooters. We don't need a Chris Lofton but we need 2 guys that'll show up every night. Maymon and Stokes can't do it alone. Too many players hurt this team when they have bad nights.

-McRae thinks he's Reggie Miller with all his fallaway jumpers
-McBee & Golden get left consistently on drives to the basket
-Golden's ball handling is suspect
-Tatum has been inconsistent his entire career
-The rest of the bench, Richardson, Miller, Wes, etc aren't worth mentioning. Martin needs to his the recruiting trail hard.

I missed most of this garbage for my rec game. Got to watch us collapse though. Just like the 2000 NCAAs. Tough match-up when it's one team's super bowl vs another team's extra practice time.
