Danny White has been such a grand slam hire. The culture chance across campus in the athletic department has been so stark. All of these teams are so supportive of one another and constantly attending each other’s games/matches. You can without a doubt feel the shift in Tennessee Athletics waking up. One day we’re going to win another national championship in one of the big 3 sports and it’s going to be because White has done such a fantastic job getting everyone rowing in a unified direction.

It proves when you hire quality people what a program can be capable of.

I never played college ball but was a competitive kid and continue to compete in all aspects of my life at age 50.

With that said, I wonder if it’s difficult for this team knowing they already clinched SEC title and # seed in post season?

Nah, not at this age. I also competed....in this situation, it just makes ya looser against a team like UGA or Miss State. Might be a small lack of focus on Tuesday, but Tony will probably play enough subs to make it interesting for them.

Gilbert is such a damn good baseball player. I’m not sure if he’ll be a star in the Show but he’ll have a long career. He reminds me a LOT of Mookie. Same height. Fantastic defensively. Great arm. Hits for average and to all parts of the ball park. Plays with supreme confidence in his game. Just an awesome player.

Deserved praise. He is a stud. He makes catches like that regularly and I can’t think of any real flaws in how he plays with the exception of his aggressive base running sometime biting him in the ass. Overall, he’s just a really, really good ball player.
