Deserved praise. He is a stud. He makes catches like that regularly and I can’t think of any real flaws in how he plays with the exception of his aggressive base running sometime biting him in the ass. Overall, he’s just a really, really good ball player.

I don’t understand how a 6th year D-1 player doesn’t know (or hasn’t figured out) you never poke at a ball on a bunt; you catch it. TV can say we practice bunting every practice all he wants but it doesn’t show. If we are practicing it, then we haven’t coached the bad habits out of it.

I don't disagree, however, Luc is not exactly a lead off hitter. Not sure he has much bunting experience...still should have gotten a sac bunt down.

It's the home plate umpire's call all the way to the bag down the line, but it looked like it was touched directly about the foul line which would make it a fair ball.
