The Official #16 Tennessee @ #23 Arkansas Gam Thread, 4:00 PM ET, ESPN

I think the horrible shooting actually makes me feel a bit better about the refs.

Like we didn’t help ourselves

Been there too. Sold chemicals to the WTP’s for 25 years. Did a lot of jar tests.
Yes jar test. Been an operator for about 14 years. Its different, not a lot of people think about where it goes after you flush it or the process involved in treating it. It's a different world.

Now it’s his offense...make up your mind. What has JJJ done today beside kill this team...0-5 3 pointers 3 TO’s..

Plavsic didn’t cost us this game..

Dude if you think Plav is a player then you don’t know squat about bball. He had a cpl decent games but he isn’t even an average player in the SEC.

He is a stiff. He was a stiff at his former team. Only reason he sees the floor is because we have two freshmen bigs on our team who are supposed to be seniors in high school.

High turnover number + terrible shooting = lose
Yep. I ain’t going to lose a lot of sleep over that one. Shot terribly and AR got a lot of home cooking. That translates to losing at Fayetteville every time. Wait till they come to TBA the last game of the year.

All I know is this - Jaylin Williams being given special treatment to receive offensive foul calls is an embarrassment to the sport and to the SEC. They KNOW he hunts offensive fouls and they reward him for his behavior.

It's ok to hunt them. It's not ok to get the calls when players barely touch him or are jumping to the side and he still intentionally falls.

I’m pretty happy the Volunteers kept the game close before it become the Razorbacks lead by more than 5 points in the late 2nd half.

I am Disappointed that the Volunteers offense performed terrible in the final 5 minutes of what was a winnable close game before that offense flaw.

Refs didn’t cost us the game. Rarely do. Missed calls and bad calls occur during each game of every sporting event. Now refs can neutralize a game if they blow the whistle for every hand check, touch foul, etc. Or the opposite, if they swallow their whistles and allow big teams who are physical to bang inside, etc without calling a foul.

TN lost this game! We could not shoot the ball. Our guard play was suspect and nobody could take control in the post, hence 48 points in one game. The Hogs didn’t shoot well which is concerning but we will bounce back, No other choice!

Absolutely not. I reject this. Our three guards had 4 fouls each early in the second half. FOUR EACH. That's absolutely a material impact. I'm not for crying about officials every time there's a whistle, but Tennessee got JOBBED by the zebras today.

Played poorly, but that’s not a bad loss. It’s a loss that stings, especially with the Auburn loss earlier, but not a bad loss. I fully expect us to beat them in Knoxville. My main hope is that our shooting isn’t starting to slump again. Get a chance to bounce back on the road again at Mizzou next game.

refs or no refs… we couldn’t hit the broadside of the barn tonight with the ball. Shots were there but we couldn’t convert.

We did not deserve to win, but nobody deserves the refs we had today. About an 8-1 touch foul ratio and those charging calls and non calls are horrible. If that was an illegal screen on Uros late, then they missed about 5,000 calls on pick and rolls this year.

Tough game. Never had a chance with multiple players in foul trouble early in the 2nd half. Playing away too. Refs calling tic-tac and #10 for Arkansas flopping whenever a player was near him. That isn't going to work in TBA. It wasn't really a fair fight.

I'm confident we are the far superior team and will likely win by 15+ at home, likely more. We are double digits better on a neutral court. Just had to play multiple players down and they were tentative

I don’t want to see Uros start next games. He’s been not good for weeks. He needs to sit. Just a big ole statue.[/QU They don't even cover Uros. I don't know why Barnes continues to have Uros get the ball near the top of the key in our offense. Arkansas defense rightly never covered him. Its almost as if its 5 on 4 when Uros gets ball up top. He can't score. He can't do anything with it. In fairness to him. Why does Barnes have him getting the Ball that far out. Why not keep him on block or somewhere around lane.
