I can't be the only one who thought this team was having a transition year this year. So many of us said 8-4 or 9-3 at the beginning of the season and that's what this team still has in front of them. We all knew we did not have the talent to reload and this would take time. We played 2 teams back to back who have more pure talent than us and we split those games. You guys saying season is over are incredible. You guys have the memories of goldfish.

Was at work listening to the game. Made it home in time to see the last real Vol drive. Squirrel was being held every single time he went out for a route. Guess the whole game was that way?
pretty much the entire second half every Alabama player held whenever they wanted and nothing was called

Of course it's fake. LOL
The depth of your confidence in your own ignorance is truly impressive. A lot of people many times smarter than you have believed in God, including myself.

There's nothing wrong with being an arrogant nineteen-year-old who has no concept of how much he doesn't know as long as one doesn't brandish it for the whole world to see.

Stupid game. I stream, and it seamed as though the streaming gods were protecting me. Everytime alabama scored it would lag out. Fussed at kids for playing Xbox, so tired of losing when screen goes out. We were down by 4, all of a sudden we are down 14. Don’t know what happened! I’d be better going to a sports bar but don’t want to waste money watching us lose.

This year is toast. We will be fortunate to finish 8-4. 7-5 is more likely.

For next year, the defense should be OK. Maybe even better. But the oline is not SEC quality - period. Nico won’t be the savior of the offense unless they find some oline guys who can play via the portal. Without serious upgrades along the oline, this will be another 8-4 team again next year . . . Because we have a very tough schedule.

So sick of this childish argument. We were out scored 27-0 in the second half. It wasn’t all refs.
Thank you. Players must play through bad calls and coaches must coach through it. TN received favorable calls in the 90’s. It happens. I agree officiating is HORRIBLE this year, horrible! And some of the calls or no calls hurt us. But we didn’t lose this game b/c of officiating.

We got out coached, out played and Bama remained poised while TN imploded on the opening kickoff after the half. We never bounced back and the coaches didn’t have an answer on both sides of the ball.

What sucks is we had a great game plan that the kids executed very well. Unfortunately they also had to overcome the officiating and play flawless which everyone knows isn’t possible. This is the most blatant fixed game I’ve seen in a long long time, if ever.

Yeah. The Oline is going to be worse but we won't run out of excuses though. Kid will be learning on the job.. Next year isn't the Vols year either. Heupel will probably lose a lot of good will between now and then..

SEC network headquarters is in Charlotte. How about there? No SEC schools in N. Carolina.
Have thought that was bizarre before but I agree.

I always thought the SEC network should be in Atlanta where CNN, TBS, TNT, pretty much all of Ted's media should mean a bigger pool of employees and infrastructure than Charlotte.
