Yeah, I thought he was better at the first of the year. I think he has not gained any confidence yet. He will probably get it, over the Summer.

Conditioning isn’t there, even if you’re not playing 30mpg it’s still a grind.

Santi just this season really got in shape and it’s paid off big time for him.

Hopefully this aggressive offensive JJJ is who we get until he leaves. Finally looks like a 5 star on both sides of the court.

Santi is staying consistent and doing everything to help us win. ZZ is the swag and energy ya want. KC looks ready to make a deep tournament run.

Definitely want to see more of Aidoo, he has a natural “find the ball” the other bigs haven’t shown. Excited he’s just a freshman, maybe we’ll get 3 years outta him.

If we see Uros, Fulky, BHH, Powell, or Mashack start offering more on a regular basis this team will be hard to handle.

I think the NBA is going to give that kid a hard look. His build and skill set will translate well. Hope he stays, but I’m starting to worry that he’s gone.

It does worry me sometimes, but I don’t think he’d leave after this season unless he gets a first round guarantee. I imagine if he could put it all together for a full season next year like he has the last 6 games, he could play himself into a Top 20 pick next year.

The Houston player didn’t draw a foul. They fouled him on purpose. But yeah, he did draw it into a shooting foul by shooting. Our guy launched himself into a defender who had otherwise managed to dodge KC on the way down.

He is good on defense- just needs to get confidence to take those shots. They are usually money.

Yeah, but James also struggled with that in his first two years here. Barnes coaches a hard effort and high IQ style, some players seem to think that means pass up open shots when they shouldn’t. Seems to take some adjusting to.

He started well, but did nothing outside of the two buckets to affect the game. 0 rebs, stls, assts, blessed. That's disappointing. He built some early confidence with those shots and you'd hope that would bleed over into effort in other areas, but he just existed the rest of the game.

I didn’t see a lot of actual complaining in this thread tonight except for complaining about the officials. Game threads aren’t the place to go for level-headed responses any way lol. Even typically even-keeled people can make emotional comments in the heat of the moment….particularly when you might have enjoyed some adult spirits while watching the Big Orange.

At one point during the thread you questioned KC trying to draw an obvious foul to end the half and called to bench him..

Your response to the warranted backlash of your outlandish comment you made was something to the effect of you were just exaggerating or speaking in hyperbole if I remember right which made absolutely no sense…

Either you were trolling or complaining, however you are the last person to speak on the apparent problem some of our fans have in posting in game threads…take a lap

Aidoo flashed more in his first real game than BHH. I hate it for the kid (BHH). I just don’t know what the issue with him is. I so badly want it to click for him. He just needs the confidence booster.

It was an emotional comment and I said as much about 3-4 times following the post. I don’t need you lecturing me. I even apologized to Kennedy in multiple other posts. Games are emotional, and I’ve said that I am an emotional roller coaster and anyone who actually frequents this board knows that.

The post you quoted just now was also a tongue-in-cheek backhanded insult at myself which you clearly missed. I took my lap multiple times. Don’t need another.

The fact he had that 2nd half layup off a sick feed from KC (I think) and he didn’t score it or draw a foul was pretty low effort imo.

I don’t want to say lazy, but it just seemed like he had no explosiveness or motivation to score it.

Like you dump that to a Ron Slay or Admiral and they are taking the rim down and/or posterizing a defender.

If they stay, their game will grow a lot as next year starts. It's a tough league, not high school but they seem to have the size and flashes

I think that's the way we're going to close out every game, as it seems to be our best lineup. I think it is fine to start the way we had it tonight. Barnes isn't afraid to yank someone quickly if it isn't working. Bailey played less than a minute tonight.

Fine but the crap I see posted about one of the best players on the team if not the best (KC) is truly shameful…it’s not just you it is many others that continue to pile on to the kid because he suppose to an nba legend already in their minds…it’s getting ridiculous and ppl should start getting banned for it
